Ok so you like walmart but hate the lines. Well this is your place. Always clean, fast friendly service. Sometimes the checkout lines do get long.

It is a shame to see how unkept this Walmart is compared to neighboring cities like Cedar Hill. The parking lot is so unkept. You can always find loads of trash there. The store is not as clean as well. I literally will go to Cedar Hill over Desoto. This is sad. Our city needs to do better. I see why many people want to move or are forced to drive to get quality. Smh

Poorly stocked and a strong 420 smell in the store. Restroom was a disaster area. The staff I interacted with were courteous and respectful.

Convenient Location. Good customer service. Sometimes out of stock on my favorite items. Gas prices are very low.

Came n w crutches thru card only line couldn't really can't walk I ask the young lady can she get me another sugar mine had a whole n it ..she replied no she can't do and kept sorting basket out "I said well I pray about she replied"yeah pray

They had all the food items that I was looking for. Check out was a little backed up, they could use a few more checkers in the future. I tried a new coffee creamer honey cinnamon vanilla 😋 it is really good.

The lead person Sandy is very rude and seems to be very prejudice! Everyone even workers complain about Sandy! And Walmart still hasn’t done anything about her correcting her attitude and treatment to customers! Every time I return to the store there Sandy is being the same rude and unprofessional person she is.. This is not a good representation for Walmart! Sandy has caused so many workers to either quit or hate coming to work because of how she treats them and the customers! Walmart please do something about this! Sandy needs to go back to training to know how to be friendly and kind, and polite to ALL RACES!!

This is a holiday post. While I understand the last minute mad rush upsets some of the cashiers and Customer Service desk...it is the job you have right now so don't take it out on your customers. My review is based on what I witnessed. They had a senior customer that obviously needed help checking out because she didn't know how to request cash at the end of her transaction. She made a 2nd transaction as the cashier suggested but choose the wrong option again. She was then told to go to Customer Service that tells her they are closed so go back to the cashier. A Customer Service representative too occupied with a personal phone call was nor listening to the concern. The manager didn't bother to stop and help. Once I heard the whole story I explained it for the senior customer. Doubt she was finally helped. Do better Neighborhood Walmart.
