NEVER MADE IT TO THE HOUSE SAID TRUCK WAS TO HEAVY NOW I KNOW ITS SAND AND GRAVEL WHERE I LIVE WENT TO SEE HIS TOO HEAVY TRUCK WAS NORMAL SIZE WHAT HE DIDNT SAY IS THAT HE WAS PULLING A TRAILER WITH BACKHOLE ON IT THATS WHY HE WAS SO HEAVY CALLED ANOTHER COMPANY CAME AND DID THE JOB THAT THEY COULDNT DO. GUESS WHAT SAME TYPE OF TRUCK WITH NO PROBLEMS THE ONLY DIFFERENCE HE WASNT PULLING A TRAILER WITH A BACKHOLE HEARS THE PIC

I wanted to say that, Billy, P.U. representative that came out this Sunday morning was a very honest man and assessed our situation, which we thought it was because our septic was full and he came and gave my husband what we needed to do and where we needed to look for the broken pipe. He saved us 800. plus 375. for not just emptying our septic tank and we would still have had a problem and emptying out our septic tank would have not helped our situation. We wanted to say it is good to know that there are still companies that are not just trying to get money our of hard working people . We would recommend this company without any hesitation and we will be calling them when we do need our septic to be emptied.

I want to give a good recommendation to PU Septic Service (love the name 🤭🤪 🤣😂). It is a 3rd generation Company and they did a very professional job. I didn't know how septic tanks worked and now I know what to do/not do to keep our tank in good working order thanks to Billy, the owner, who took the time to explain it all .

While trying to repair a sidewalk we discovered that the previous owners of the property had built it so that it was partially covering the top of the septic tank. We decided to have the tank pumped since we had uncovered it and had no idea when, if ever, the last time it had been serviced. By under cutting the sidewalk we were able to reach the access plug to the tank. We called PU Septic because of the distinctive name of the company and after talking with the owner and finding him very articulate and knowledgeable we decided to let him do the job. He was able to come out the next day and promptly got to work. The plug was pulled and the hose dropped in. I was curious about the process and he had no issue with me asking my silly questions and answering them. I even learned some things that I found interesting. He even disabused me of the notion that a healthy septic tank doesn’t need to be pumped periodically. He asked us if we knew how old the tank was and we said we didn’t. He explained that some tanks were sectioned off and had a separate access plug. He was able to determine that our tank was not so old and that it did indeed have a baffle that separated the two sections. He found the second plug in no time and discovered that it was completely blocked by a second sidewalk that had also been installed by the previous owner. This was a good indication that the tank had never been service before, or at least not completely. With a very big crowbar the sidewalk was chipped away enough to expose the second plug and soon that side of the tank went the way of the first. If he had not been so honest with us he could have gotten away with only doing half the job. He didn’t even charge us anything for the extra work to locate AND chip through a sidewalk to uncover the second plug. There are some operators out there that would not have bothered to look for the second plug. Needless to say we will be calling him back in about five or six years when its again time to pump the tank. We will also be recommending PU Septic to our friends and neighbors. Those of you who are out there looking around and checking out these reviews, don’t hesitate to call PU Septic. You will get your money’s worth and then some.

P U came out today and did the job another company charged us for and said they couldn't complete, due to many excuses. P U came out and in less than 30 minutes, Start to fininsh, he was done. No issues and CHEAPER.
