Why do they use an online ordering system when they dont acknowledge the order until you are there to get it. Placed an order 45 minutes prior to my arrival. Order had not been started. Manager never acknowledged the time it took, staff did not apologize for the additional wait. The employee smirked when I mentioned the time since I ordered the food as he finally handed it to me. Very slow and rude personnel. Definitely will not eat at this one again.

On the way to church stopped to get a biscuit at Burger King. It was burned to a crisp. There was no chicken in it, only breading. Hard to believe they didn't know it was burned.

The last couple of times I have ordered food from this Burger King something is always forgotten. They're always out of something drinks,ice cream, condiments, even ingredients for the burgers. Services takes way to long and we always come back with something missing that was charged to us i.e bacon on all burgers from our last visit. There's no communication going on In the back and at the window the server asks us if the drinks at the windows where ours as if we poured them ourselves and knew what was what. This used to be a great place to get something to eat but now it's a place to avoid

I have to say that while the restaurant was short handed the staff was still all friendly. Better customer service there than most other fast food places. The order was correct, just the quality down a bit. But the customer service made up for that.

Fast, affordable, and solid food. Friendly dude working the drive thru. Also didn't hassle me when i asked for a large cup of water. Thanks guys!!!

The food is about what you would expect from a fast-food place. The restaurant is clean, at least the parts you can see. However, they seem to have a problem with filling their orders correctly. 2 of the last 3 times that I have been there, they got the order wrong. The last one was a take-out order that I could not take back the same day. They did, however, give me a refund for the complete order on the following day, even though only one of the burgers was prepared incorrectly.

Every time I come to this location I have to wait 20 minutes in line just to order. Once you order you pull around to pay and then asked to pull around and they will bring it out to you...another 15-20 min. So when you get your food you expect it to be piping hot because they must have made it when you ordered right? Wrong!!!! Had to go back and ask for hot fries because mines were cold. At this rate, this place should close down and the workers have no face masks on and the runner was digging in his nose...my 2nd and last time coming here.

Like if you don't wanna work then why are you even here? Transaction ID 20369301142600020126. Girl cashier was about to get an earful for her total and completely unnecessary rudeness. Flys flying around everywhere, dirty bathroom. I'm not the type of dude to judge whoever should be running the store but no matter what or how an employee acts it starts with the manager on duty.

Neither of my orders were done correctly. On one burger I asked for grilled onions. And repeated twice what I wanted. They lied that it was fixed that way. On the second burger I wanted them to add mustard. They didn't add mustard. Also they only put mayonnaise on both. I was traveling from Corpus Christi to Austin otherwise I would have gone back to the restaurant to have them do it right.

Waited in line for 20+ minutes!! How does this happen at a "fast food" restaraunt? Drive-thru employee stated they were "short staffed"
