There’s this lady with blue hair, that every time I am in the store she plays the security sounds that basically says we are recording and all this other bs. & I noticed it even when I’m the only one in the store. I shop there all the time & spend hundreds. She honestly makes me feel so uncomfortable I know that I am being racially profiled. I hope she looks back at the cameras and sees that I’ve always paid for every item. I don’t she should work there if she takes customers personal.

Well, these cashiers friends come in, and the friend and cashier, start going in almost standing still, instead of the cashier to tell him friend to wait until she tend to the customers, not make us just stand around. Be professional!!

I am a Dollar General Junkie I love this store; however, this location is so unorganized, merchandise in the isles where it's hard to get your buggy through is crazy and they don't keep things stocked on the shelves like they should. The staff is super nice and helpful and will go the extra mile to help you find things when they have them stocked.

My 2 grandkids enjoy the time we spent. The associates here are friendly and can actually make these 2 grandkids be "nice" and act friendly. The Love of spreading smiles and kindness does miracles. Love this place. Over spend like always.. 🌞

My first time at this particular location on Mansfield Highway. The clothes are so jammed packed you can't slide them over to see them. Store was also so cluttered you could barely walk through it. This is the only location that I will not be coming back to. Only good thing about this store was the friendly cashier.

Surprisingly this dollar general has a sales associate at the register that was on top of his game. Kudos to you Young Man. The store's front door had a sheet of plywood covering it entirely and you can't tell if the store is open, what's up with that??? Most the store was organized, good on you guys. B+

Good morning, I usually shop with my grandkids. But this morning school is back on. This morning the young lady at the store was very friendly and extra kind. After ringing up my items, she helped me carry them to the car. I didn't get her name. But 10 THUMBS UP.

Hello everyone, so this is my unbiased observation of this store. The store seems to always be in order, I've never encountered this store in a disarray. Some of the staff are friendly, like the guys who are unboxing the products on the sales floor, and the guy manager who is always helping his employees either on the sales floor are at the register. There is a older short lady who works at the register who is......very..... unprofessional, rude, and has a sass mouth. This store is never really crowded and you'll have no trouble with going in and coming out, in comparison to some local small retail stores near by. Overall, this a good store to shop at, minus the ethics, and imaturity level of some of the more seasoned staff members (older).Thanks for reading and again it's just my personal feedback about this location.

IS THIS THE NEW NORM IN CUSTOMER SERVICE-Staff need to PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT THEY ARE DOING STAFF NEED TO have Speech, communication manners training! and learn how to open their mouths when helping a patron , Hi, how can I help you or How may I help you?
