Clean, open area. Kinda small area for dumbbell stuff. It's brand new and they got a good setup there.

The best boxing gym in town..my son's love it.coach Herb is great with kiddos..I would recommend eight count to anyone who is willing to take the challenge..boxing.training or just to even work out and burn off some calories..

Eight Count boxing. Man, there’s nothing like it. Everyone in the gym comes in with different levels of experience. Everyone there is so nice and accepting. Coach Herb is a greater teacher! He goes the extra mile to help you obtain your goals, pair you with other boxers that will push you, and teach you! The strength and conditioning trainer, Tay, knows his stuff! Super encouraging to each athlete and gym member. I tell everyone I know about this gym. It’s for those that want to learn the art of boxing as well as just a REALLY good workout. it’s the best!
