I've been meeting my son here for over a year as it's half way between Magnolia and Austin. He has a small dog and as long as she's on a leash they have allowed her to sit inside with us. Today they told me she was not allowed and they could be fined. I guess I'll find a new place to meet him. Very unfortunate. New staff I've never seen before.

Ordered 2 large white chocolate mocha with an extra shot of expresso, the first cup was bitter and they made 2 more. We get the extra shot of espresso every time and this time it didn't taste like it. Usually gives us the jolt we need and nothing. Usually I never have this problem. They said they have a new different type of whip cream, but that wasn't it. If there was an extra shot of expresso there's a problem because it doesn't taste it or give us that extra kick like it always has

The fall frappucchino flavors of cookies n' cream and pumpkin were to die for!!! Definitely worth the price; what a treat!

I drive a semi, sign on door says dining area is closed so I walked to the drive thru they denied me service. Very rude employees Thanks alot Starbucks

Went the other day to the giddings Starbucks and a gentleman working named randell was very rude to my wife while taking her order, then he went to make the drinks after scratching his ass….did not wash his hands🤮. He was slow making the drinks and didn’t call our name when he finished making them, they sat on the counter for 15 minutes before he called the name of the order. I refuse to come back to this establishment when I see him at the register, never letting him take my order again.

As a stop on my way to Houston I went inside. It wasn't until I had driven off & was well on my way did I discover that my frap was incorrect.😔 😕 It's unfortunate because I repeated the order twice! Then, before taking it from the counter, I asked again if two shots were added. I was told they were added. The frap was so horrible 😫 I stopped at a gas station, threw it out & bought a soda. I will never stop there again!

I travel allll the time and starbucks is usually my easy go-to breakfast on trips. I randomly stopped at this little starbucks with my boyfriend and they served us literally the best frappe we’ve ever tried!! It was just a venti caramel frappe, but seriously wayyy better than any other starbucks locations i’ve tried. outstanding job!! thank you

Mike did a great job just now. Managed a line that started to build up really fast within a couple of minutes and personally made my complicated drink. I appreciate employees like him. Kudos.

The woman at the drive through window made our day! Not only did she compliment our dogs and offer them puppachinos, she also just brought a smile to our faces with a great attitude.
