My 2013 Infiniti JX 35 alternator went out and Belden replaced it for me. The alternator was on back order so that was a delay but I have to say the service they provided was top notch. They kept me informed on the progress and handled the situation with Integrity! I highly recommend them and will definitely choose them again if I am in need of any more auto repairs!

I have been going to Beldens for about 5 years. My 2 cars have needed various repairs and maintenance, some big ticket items. In 55 years of owning cars and needing repairs I have NEVER had a shop I trusted more than Beldens. We all know repair shops operate on a trust basis (Yeah, ugh) I have to trust them BUT they can do what they want because 99% of us don't know what is wrong. We HAVE to TRUST the shop to tell us the truth. BELDENS is 100% trustworthy. They never lie, they never get me to do things not needed. They actually told me once to wait, or do nothing until the problem gets worse. Every repair I have needed they have worked hard to get the best cost on parts and their labor is always competitive. Very simpathetic and helpful office staff! No techs are on hand during lunch which is a big bummer but they did point me to an awesome tire shop near by and gave great precise directions on how to get there.

Had 2 different vehicles need serious repairs this month. They did great work, Fair pricing. Both managers are awesome and knowledgeable. Since bad things come in three's...I will definitely take in my 3rd car when something happens in the next little bit.
