I really appreciated Ray and all the guys there. They must take HAPPY PILLS. They are so pleasant and always smiling. The gentleman who was manager of the garage let me know what was wrong with my tires replaced them, put me on schedule to balance them later and gave me my lock to my tires IN MY HAND, which I appreciated. I would highly recommend this location and company to anyone who needs tires and sensors replaced, etc. They also check your tires whenever you want for free. Just a terrific company with employees who really take ownership and care about customers!

I had two bad tires and a bum rim/wheel that was creating horrible road noise. Had ruined the tire in the process. Charged me only for the rim and one tire, said they’ll take care of me. Knocked my bill down from $650 to $400 with that gesture, and gained a lifelong customer.

The customer service is beyond belief. I have never experienced a more attentive and thorough team. The manager Chris was able to repair a tire, that I went in fully expecting to have to replace. I could not be more grateful for their help. I recommend this shop for their professional service and knowledge.

I was sent to this location because they had the tire in stock that I needed for my car. I told Shawn that I had already purchased the tire at the other store and if they would be able to put it on for me, as they were pretty busy. He told me it would be about an hour and a half wait, I said great, let's do it. The next one to step up was Zackary, he was able to get to my car and had it ready 30 minutes sooner than quoted. Both guys were very professional and had the perfect mix of positive aditude and knowledge that put me at ease that my vehicle was in the right hands. Watching the other staff working with both the customers and those working on the vehicles outside you could tell they have a good running shop. Would definitely return to give them more of my business.

I went there on Sat AM with an appointment to get my rotate and balance. They were super busy and I expected to wait an hour or more. 30 minutes and they were done. All the folks were nice and courteous. The real kicker was some time later Ben called and informed that someone found a Whataburger gift card on the ground. (I had it in my pocket and it musta come out when I got my phone out.) It had my first name on the card and he went thru all the work orders that morning and found my name! Now that's service!!!! Thanks for going the extra mile!!!! I gave him a little reward too!

Appointment time was easy to schedule with my available timeline, and even reschedule, as needed. There was a little wait to check in for my appointment time, but once checked in, the service was completed quickly, completely and I was kept abreast of every stage of my car's status change. Top notch service!

I definitely recommend this location. They are always very friendly and quick to address your questions. I have the tire warranty on all three of my vehicles and everything I have any issues with my tires, this place has fixed it immediately to get me back on the road.

I have been a Discount Tire customer for over 25 years. Their customer service has always been outstanding. Today they did it again. I purchased tires online this morning and scheduled an appointment for noon. I blocked two hours of my day. I was in and out in 33 minutes! Absolutely incredible!
