AMAZING pharmacy staff!! The staff at this pharmacy is unmatched to anywhere! They have made my transfer of prescriptions from Florida Walgreens to Hutto, TX seamless for my husband and I! I attempted to use the other chain in Hutto but they were absolutely hoterrible. Thanks again everyone at the pharmacy that worked as a team to help us!

Week day crew(pharmacy) needs a lesson in customer service. Yall are rude, unhelpful, cold, and non professional. Management needs to step in from a different location and teach them what hospitality is. You would think that there would be a little compassion and kindness coming from the pharmacists, especially when they hand you the same medications week after week after week. Shame on yall. Do better.

This is the worst pharmacy in this area. The prices of their prescriptions somehow end up being significantly more expensive than anywhere else around here and that’s just the surface of the issues. They have consistently called to tell me my prescription was ready when in fact it was not many times. They don’t appear to know anything about the medicine they give and to top it off they have actually lost a prescription of mine. I went and waited 12 minutes while I watched 3 pharmacist pace around trying to find my prescription. Then one of them came up to me and said “we seem to have mis placed your prescription” what pharmacy looses medicine. It’s fine to have a one off but the employees here seem to not have any clue what they are doing. This is the closest pharmacy to me by far. But I will be making a change to not have to deal with these people again.

Horrible customer service. This CVS location is understaffed and provides very poor customer service, they will make you wait for an hour to refill simple prescriptions.

I've used this pharmacy for 3yrs. I've never had a problem. They have been helpful, professional and knowledgeable.

I visited this pharmacy for first time and I had the worst experience ever. The pharmacist (Tiffany) was very rude, she was speaking and laughing with others coworkers at the same time that she was helping me. Very unprofessional and un empathetic with customers. Worst customer service ever!

Worst pharmacy in Hutto! Staff is not helpful and rude when trying to get consultation. They randomly close the pharmacy in the middle of the day. Tell me it's going to be an hour until my prescription is ready, then 5 minutes later send a text it's ready. Turn around and now your closed. Never again will I use this location.

WHY would you let me schedule a vaccine appointment during a time that the pharmacy is CLOSED? Why was the time slot even an option? If your pharmacy closes at 2PM why do you have appointment slots at late as 6:30?? Then to top it off, you wait until an hour before the appointment to bother texting to tell me the pharmacy’s closed. Incredible. I will continue to not use CVS pharmacy for anything.
