The assistant manager at this Keller location is the most rude person I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with! So unprofessional and disrespectful! Worst attitude ever! Not only to the customers but I witnessed her verbal abusing one of her poor young employees. Completely ugly. The strawberries I received were actually molding. Never again!!!

Waste of money. I ordered a Mother’s Day sampler thing with cheesecake and chocolate covered strawberries and cookies. And I thought it was supposed to have chocolates as well. But nope. And the cookies were raw still. And so expensive for something I could have just made myself for 1/4 of the price.

Had an arrangement delivered to my boyfriend, there was a mishap but they DELIVERED. Sent my boyfriend a whole new edible arrangement and some extra cookies. Thank you so much, with everything going on nowadays I appreciate the QUALITY service.

I hate to do this because I should have thought better before ordering - I ordered the rose flowers and the chocolate dipped strawberries. The strawberries were amazing and well done - however the bulk of the cost of my bill was the roses - which came to me already wilted and falling apart.

Edible Arrangements - Keller is always ready when I need to provide a wonderful and healthy snack or dessert in a my business and family life. Their fruit platters are superbly designed and presented. However what makes Edible Arrangements - Keller special is the care, attention to detail, and can-do attitude of the staff and store manager. I have requested special fruit arrangements on several occasions and Traci Bell, the store manager, has always come through. One time, Traci came to work on her day off just so she could put her magic touch on my request. "Excellence in all they do" – that is the guiding principle that I have always noticed at Edible Arrangements - Keller.

Ordered on a Saturday morning to be delivered on my sons birthday the next day and he was delighted. It’s so hard to shop for men but I’ve found over the years you can never go wrong with food or sweet treats. Also I ordered the small birthday cake arrangement which included balloons and there was nothing small about it! He was so happy on his special day. Thank you so much!!!

This was my first experience buying from Edible Arrangements. I have received gift items before and was impressed with the variety and freshness. Ordered my gift online for pick up the next morning. It was ready, and big, and you could see how fresh all the fruit was. I was very impressed as were the recipients. I'll definitely use this site again.
