Chris at Keller Parkway store was amazing. He spent an hour and a half with us upgrading two phones and an Apple Watch. We added accessories and he got us the best deals and rebates.

My IPhone 6s was on its 3rd battery and died overnight. I decided to let it rest permanently. The store rep told me about the special they were running for the 13 model and I chose that. Much is the same except with many enhancements. I am enjoying it and getting used to it.

I went in to At&t last Friday because I was interested in the Samsung Galaxy Z4 flip phone and it was time for an upgrade. Caleb Pfitzer, retail sales consultant, was so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I absolutely love my new phone. All the associates were helpful and friendly. This is definitely my store from now on. Thank you

100% obstructionist and unhelpful employees, I ended up cancelling a 10+ year old ATT service and going to T mobile thanks to this store. First they made me wait 3 days without service to mail me a sim instead of doing one there, then after spending a day or two trying to get that sim to work in any of 5 devices, with it never working in any, went into the store again. Then they tried to tell me it was simply impossible to use the sim the way I’d BEEN using it for 5+ years, and wouldn’t help at all unless I added an entirely new line on top of my existing line. There were similarly unhelpful and informative when asking about the S22 and Z fold 4 trade in terms and conditions, so I left with nothing, canceled my line, and went to T mobile.

My sales rep, Chris White was Awesome!! He helped me figure out what was wrong with my phone…. Then I asked about an upgrade, he patiently went through that process. The best part, he went over my plan, realized that I could upgrade to a better plan and save money! Bonus! I appreciate his patience and knowledge! This is an authorized dealer not a corporate store, which is not an automatic bad thing, but the associates did not have a good grasp as to what they were able to help with and what needed to be addressed by a corporate store. We ended up spending an hour troubleshooting before we were told that our issue was not resolvable and they recommended switching carriers for the smoothest transition. We went to the corporate store in Southlake and they immediately knew how to resolve the issue without skipping a step. Our issue was rather unconventional but it would have been better received if this ATT store had a better understanding of what they could perform as an authorized dealer and what issues need to be sent off to a corporate store. We will be doing all our in store shopping and troubleshooting at the corporate store in Southlake even though it is slightly further from us.

Chris provided the BEST customer service and resolved an issue that I had been dealing with for over a year. He listened and cared about resolving the problem. He was professional and so knowledgeable about the processes; explaining each step. I have the highest praise for his genuine commitment to making me a satisfied customer. Give this man a raise! I would give him 10 stars on the rating, if allowed!

Stopped by to purchase the new Apple 7 Watch Gold Stainless Steel. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The store was clean and organized. I didn't wait at all, Chris the ATT rep met me at the door as I was walking in. I would of been extremely happy, and would of given them 5 stars, if the item I went there to purchase was in stock at the time. Now I have to wait almost 3 months for it to be shipped to me. I love AT&T and have been with them since 1999, I just wish they kept Apple Product selections/colors that are in “high demand” on-hand.
