Just nights ago at 10:10 pm I went to the closest 7-Eleven to the location I was in. I love 7-Eleven they always have good deals on what I need, the people are friendly and they isn't usually a long line. But, this night my normal run with the well known friendly encounters. Red flag #1 the cashier was pacing back-and-forth. Red flag #2 she had her backpack on as if she was extremely ready to leave. Red flag #3 there was a small line of 3 people. Red flag #4 I was in one of the more crime prone parts of this town. After about about 5 minutes or so I finally made it to the counter. I as for 2 packs of Newports. I then reach for my wallet and gave her a 50 dollar bill. At this point with the look on her face I knew that all of my spidy senses were spot on! She began yelling " I ain't opening up the safe for that! And we just had shift change too. No! All we do is get robbed over here. I'm not opening no safe!" Normally I would have asked for their leadership and so forth and so on. But, I was so taken aback in the lack of communication skills, respect for the customers plus unacceptable representation of the company. Hints, I was speechless! So, I said excuse me? Where she continued on with her rant. I smh and walked out got in my car and located the next nearest 7-Eleven. Mind you gas is expensive and I use premium. Once I made it to there I informed them of my recent experience and they were floored. Then they explained the shift change process but they informed me that with my purchase they could have completed the sale. Therefore, give me apologies in for her ignorance. I will not be returning to that location again. #Disheartening

There is lovely lady who ALWAYS helps me. None of the employees are EVER rude. Sometimes stuff just isn't available and that's how life goes. Maybe, just maybe, if YOU were nicer to these employees, instead of being a KAREN....just thinking out loud.

Went in to get a few items! Cashiers rude, store unorganized and pricing not in the correct area. Then both cashiers had bad attitudes when I said they needed to do their jobs when it comes to changing out pricing. If you hate your job so much, do better. You two individuals (7am) customer service skills need an overhaul. You really don’t need to be in the service industry. Bad business!!!! Fix your nasty attitude and just fo your job. Do your job!!!! Nasty pieces of work!!!! Never again will I stop at this location.

I had been driving DoorDash all night while ensuring I was thoroughly hydrated. It was logical that by the end of the night I had to relieve myself. So around 10:38 PM, I found myself pulling into this 7-eleven in order to make it home without having an accident, just to find out that the bathrooms were not available to the public. Not only that, I turned a corner to head back outside, and accidentally wound up behind the counter. The clerk who was working the evening/overnight shift immediately yelled at me and talking down to me like I should have known better. But I didn’t. I had not been in that 7-Eleven for a long time. So I had forgotten the general layout. Her condescending tone mixed with her waving her hands at me was extremely off putting. I may not have been to this location in a couple years, but this experience will ensure that I never come back again.

Very ghetto store. The employees are very disrespectful. Have no type of professionalism. Some of them smell horribly and have bad hygiene. Have sold expired items several times.

Neshia... She is an excellent employee. She has awesome customer service skills and Always has a smile on her face. If she ever has a bad day I'm unaware of it. She is dedicated reliable, and a very hard worker. I love ßhopping when she is at work.

Went in to this seven eleven and seen a sale on a product I wanted. Got to the counter and it rang up full price. The cashier was really rude about even after looking at the sale price. Asked for a manager that had to get another manager. The manager basically slammed the correct product on the counter and wouldn't honor what was posted! Horrible customer service! Never again will I go here!
