Rude customer service at the pump. Lady approaches me while smoking her cigarette just to tell I'm not allowed to park to wait for students at the pump per manager Joe. So apparently there's a time limit on gas pumps? And FYI I did buy gas.

Rude customer service. Usually friendly service, until this black woman, didnt tell me her name, neither gave me a receipt in order to give her name, was extremely rude to me, yanking away my stuff from me. Will never accept service from this lady again.

Very clean and well lit. Good food. Usually has great service, but the other night an employee named Tyleena was pretty rude to me. Made it very clear that she had better things to be doing than ringing me up. But like I said, the other employees were perfectly nice other times I've been in.

The cashiers are very rude and insulting they turn the nose up at you and don't want to take your money and if they do take the money they will put on gloves first like you have some kind of infectious disease. This is not great customer service it's not even good customer service. I have been in customer service for over 15 years and i know that this is wrong , just plain wrong.If there is a problem with taking customers money she should not be up front . I should feel good about spending my money there not coming out of your store feeling less than all because she can't just sanitize her hands after a transaction. I will let my friends and family don't spend there money there because of the customer service there SUCK!!!!😣😔

Nice store and employees. Can't recommend this place for fuel. Motorcycle was consistently getting 45mpg instead of its normal 65. Thought something was wrong with the bike for about a month. Fueled up at another station on a long ride with same grade of fuel and the mileage came back. Bad fuel at this station. I will continue to get food here but not gas.

Came by 0n 7/16/ 18 there was 2 lines. I get up to the register and the cashier named Chiquita outs the sign up saying use next register without warning those getting into her line and she just walks away. Leaving everyone in her line to now go into the other line. The other line was moving slow as can be. Chiquita, when she left the register she went to remove hot dogs out of the hot dog warmer, using gloves. Then comes back to the register and starts taking people again wearing the same gloves as she was touching the hot dogs with. God only knows how other things are handled by her. Poor personality and poor work ethics.

I typically don't review too many gas stations, but I regularly stop by this Valero and have never had a bad experience. Everyone that works here is pretty friendly and quick. I'll surely be back soon.

Sunday, August 5. 8:00 I just left this place. The employee who is on duty today is the same one who always gives bad service. She doesn’t know how to treat clients. Bad bad because of people like her that businesses lose money. Learn to treat the client.

Artificially inflating price on Ethanol products. E85 labeled products are not in the neighborhood of price parity with regular, as shown by competitor HEB further down Trimmer. Normal price range for E85 has it retailing at $0.50-1.00 per gallon less than 87 octane (regular). Going to drop this another star for purity - HEB is providing E83, while Valero providing E70 at best.
