Whenever I go in this store the staff is very friendly and will take the time to help you solve whatever issue you have and find the right product. Store is neat and tidy. Also have bought some river rock which can be delivered. Only issue is one time there was a dog wondering around that barked at my son, not sure if he lived there or was a customers' pet. A good local business.

Very Nice Location for my home build. I love to shop in this store. Feel homely environment. When step in first time it surprise me with prices. They have huge choices in selection and prices are competitive with big stores.

This place has exceptional Customer Service. Greeted at the door and walked right to the product we needed. In and out within 5 minutes. Was greatly appreciated after getting zero service at Ace Hardware down the road.

It’s a little surprising that a community as small as Lago Vista has two hardware stores, but I can’t complain. While both are great the employees at Sun Hardware tend to be a bit older with a bit more experience, giving them an edge in terms of helpfulness. They also have always been very kind and the store has never been so busy as to make it hard to find help. They also refill propane by the pound rather than requiring you to swap out your tank which is often a fair bit cheaper.

We have a home services/property management company in the Lago Vista area and buy from Sun Hardware daily. Tom and company provide the best customer service and they always take time to help you with anything, large or small. They are the local resource for contractors and homeowners and can order anything quickly that they don’t stock. A great store with hometown service, I would highly recommend these folks for anything hardware related!

I always forget how FRIENDLY this place is! They are so good at giving you the help you need. I had to replace a sink drain and popped in 10-15mins before they closed and no one seemed annoyed that I was asking questions while the minutes ticked down to 5:00. One guy actually stayed with me to answer my questions and to ensure I was doing my project right and I was getting what I needed. This place is fantastic!

Best hardware store anywhere!! Friendliest people ever!! If they don't have it, they will order it, or help you find it elsewhere. They are very giving and supportive to the community, and helping individual families out too in hard times. I can't possibly express the amount of love we have for the people that own and run this store!! Support local amazing people, shop here!!!! ;-)
