Today..it was so nice. Easy to get in, wonderful person cut my hair. This is not the case all of the time....but today, I will give 5 stars!!!

Absolute trash service. I checked in online and it said 0 minutes wait time, I got there 5 min later and they had people ahead of me?? That’s fine. They changed my check in name and kept skipping my kid, not okay. When i called them out the lady was incredibly rude with the fakest smile and laughing. NOPE. Never going there again, the only person I’d recommend here is Vanessa.

Would give a no star if possible. Girl cutting hair acted as though I was an inconvenience for being there. Sloppy haircut and acted bothered I kept asking her to clean up other areas she completely missed. Hardly even looked at hair when “finished”. Had to multiple times ask to fix obvious uncut or even out places. Made excuses each time it wasn’t right about how it’s my hair. Finally just said enough was enough and left. Will have to go elsewhere to get hair done right. Was a waste of my money and very rude service. Have had good experiences in the past here, but this time was an awful experience. Service: Haircut

Went twice, few workers, very slow, had 12 people checked in first time, second time only has three people working, I checked in on app, went in and was only supposed to be a 15 minute wait turned into longer so I walked out.

Vanessa gave me a great high & tight haircut. She & Gabby were friendly as was the other stylist present. Using their app I was able to get in without a wait!

I've been here a few times, and though the staff is friendly, many of them know nothing about African American hair. There is one stylist there who did a great job at cutting my hair! Asked lots of questions to be sure I was comfortable with what she was doing and I ended up with a great outcome unfortunately I didn't catch her name but I hope she knows just how great of a job she did!

Checked in on line. The wait time was 20 minutes. I received a text 25 minutes later telling me I was next in line. I walk in and was told there were two people in front of me. I waited a additional 20 minutes be for leaving. There was still a person in front of me when I left. This is the 2nd time this happened to me. I will not return to this store!

I had a great time with her while she very respectfully was cutting my long hair :) Loved talking to her about different ecosystems management in the world! Went in to get a haircut, came to find out Liz is no longer there 😔. So i decided to try out someone new, Emily was so amazing!! Made me feel so comfortable in her chair, giving products options for my dry hair & what to use for my roots that are always showing. SHE WAS GREAT!! So professional for her age. Will definitely come back to her.
