Local friendly family owned type of establishment offering prescription filling services and endless homeopathic options for many different ailments as well as nutritional vitamins, minerals & supplements. The staff was helpful and friendly. Prices are a bit high but worth it for the personal, experienced & knowledgeable service.

I am amazed at the customer service I received today from Jeff the compound technician. He made suggestions and really listens to your requests and issues. I felt like he really cared and wanted to help. That’s is why I use our local pharmacy vs a big box store. You can’t beat that customer service which is disappearing unfortunately in these new times in health care. PLUS I have witnessed how they care for their employees past and present and that speaks volumes!

Why go to a super center or big store pharmacy when you can get superior personalized assistance with your questions and medications? I prefer Atkins Pharmacy for these reasons. In addition they have a fantastic stock of Over the Counter vitamins, medications and medical supplies too. “Doc” and all the staff here at Atkins take the time to attend to you on a “one on one” basis. This kind of service is hard to find nowadays when you are normally just another “number” to the big pharmacies like WG CVS WM etc. When it comes to my medications I want to be more than that number. I want someone who is interested in making sure I am not taking anything that may interact adversely with any of my other medications. I love the great and friendly service, the good prices and it is comforting to know my prescription will always be accurate. These reasons are what makes Atkins my “go to” pharmacy. I highly recommend Atkins Pharmacy for all your medications, medical supplies and over the counter needs.

It was my first time visiting this Pharmacy and right at the door I was greeted and asked what I needed to find. She even went as far as asking if I wanted to talk to the Pharmacist! I was looking for Magnesium Glicinate and they had a variety of choices and the Pharmacist even explained a lot of them to me. He was beyond helpful and kind. I still hadn’t checked Walmart to see if they had the exact dose I wanted so I told him I would come back if I needed it and he was still so kind even if I wasn’t going to purchase. I however came back to buy the item after a few days because I wanted to give them my business. The pharmacist took time out of his day to make sure a customer got the right product. I will definitely be back and I’m impressed!

Ok so I have tried to support the local business. On both locations when it was open. The lack of Comunication or the way it’s ran. I have to wait for days to fill my meds when I’m out. I will put in computer what I want the brand an still come up with the diff meds in my bottle. An then wait a few days to get them cause they haven’t even order it if needed. An give me half scripts at times. Then I’d have to come back. Over priced which was ok cause I wanted to support them I get that. Just don’t understand the professionalism of this place. An for that again I will have to go back to heb. I shouldn’t left cause they do a good job. I tried both locations an same thing at this one. I tried , when I run out my meds tho an wait days an than get there an it’s still not worked on. When it’s been sitting to be filled for days. Nope negative time to go. I tried I did. Sry not for me

This pharmacy is a rip-off! Because my normal pharmacy was sold out of a beta-blocker, they sent me to Atkins. I was charged over $90.00 (with their discount, because they don't accept Good Rx). The same drug at HEB or others w/Good Rx was $15.00! Lost a customer for good!

Atkins has been my pharmacy since 2010 and they are the only pharmacy I do business with! The staff are always friendly and courteous. I am always smiling when I leave there and as far as I'm concerned it doesn't get much better than that. I rate them 5 out of 5 because they always go that extra mile!
