These guys are the best. Local fruits and veggies and tasty everything else. They also are so beautiful to the community. During the snow last year they helped getting necessities to community members in need. They also throw a killer pie eating contest. Support Good Things!!

Great grocery store serving local goods. You’d have to drive real far to find a place selling what they have - great produce, meat, dairy, eggs, & more! Love that they have a lot of gluten free options.

If I lived in Martindale this would definitely be my spot. Beautifully curated selection of organic goods, pantry staples and a wonderful selection of natural wines. We picked up some items and some swag and I brought home the most delicious pimento cheese I have ever tasted. The staff was really sweet and friendly and I look forward to passing through next time I’m in Martindale.

Phenomenal selection of beer and wine! Exquisite options to make your at home eating experience more than ordinary. Fantastic hummus. Great place to pick up an impromptu light lunch. Enjoy!

Main Street is a beautiful walk to the park. Afterwards, we stop at the Good Things Grocery to pick out what we want to prepare. No refrigerator needed when you can pick out your favs & essentials! We’re locals and this small town Country Store is packed with tiny essentials, fresh produce from local growers, and higher end products that cater to those looking for wholesome local foods. They carry meats from local butchers, wines, oils, delicious cheeses, fresh spices, even gluten free options and Cauliflower crust, rich chocolates, luv the avocado ice cream, and it’s super convenient, Luv it!

I first visited this grocery shortly before Snowpocalypse ‘21, and loved it! I live about 10 minutes away, and was pleasantly shocked and surprised to see so many things I had previously been driving to San Antonio or Austin to get! What really impressed me was their dedication to locally sourced items like produce....the selection was fresh & phenomenal! The reason I mentioned Snowpocalypse ‘21 though, is because I was absolutely blown away by their philanthropy during the storm....from stocking what they could, to taking to social media to provide updates and fulfill orders (and arrange for delivery!)....their dedication to the local community was inspirational. I plan to shop there any time I can!

We are in love with our new grocery store in Martindale! They have an amazing selection of hard to find and unique items. Fresh local farm veggies, honey and meats are such a plus in our town. It’s like a little Central Market of Martindale. It’s definitely worth the drive off the beaten path to find this Gem of Good Things Grocery!
