We've brought 3 trucks to FASTSIGNS over the past few years for them to put vinyl decals on. With the last time being late spring of 2020. Each time the average price has been around 600. Upon bringing another vehicle to them to do the signage we just received an estimate of over 1100 dollars. I called to see why the pricing was so high and was told "dude that's 2 years of inflation". First off I'm not your "dude" and that should never be the way you address a client. Second I understand inflation and the cost of most products going up 10 to 20 percent but 50 percent that's ridiculous. I tried to get further clarification and he stated that's just what it is. For being a repeat customer I expect more but I guess that's not a big deal to them.

Here at Pecan Lake we really enjoyed the friendly staff over at FASTSIGNS. They replied quickly and were swift to get the mock-ups sent over to us. Any updates or questions we asked were quickly answered. We will definitely be working with them again in the future. Our signs came out beautiful.

The store was locked with no apparent attendant during business hours with only some vague sign that says "By Appointment Only." After knocking.. because the lights were on.. "someone" showed up. I was simply following up with a job opportunity I applied for as I have worked for FAST Signs in another locations in the past. I was met with some one at the front door who looked somewhat disheveled and defiantly not wearing anything that indicated he was an actual employee of Fast Signs. When asked to talk to the manager or owner to side step this "person" I was told, "The owner is never here. If he wants to hire you, he will call you. " Then proceeded to shut the door in my face. Thanks, buddy. You REALLY showed some customer service there. I can't imagine that I will go anywhere to complain about it.

I contracted FAST SIGNS of Mesquite to do a large perforated window sign for my business. They sent someone out, performed the necessary measurements and within a few days I had a rendering. Shortly after the sign was being installed. I’m very happy with the results and will be using them on another project soon.
