Worse bank ever!!! I got a loan 2 years ago. Bank was bad then then it changed to PNC , even worse now. My loan payment was always automatically taken out of Capital one bank. This month wasnt taken out and they say it is Capital one fault. I have been going around in circles trying to find out why. Now PNC is charging me $36. For insufficient funds, and they are supposed to be taking the money out automatically. This isn't the only thing but the biggest.. office people are rude!!

Absolutely the WORST bank EVER. So they take over BBVA on Friday which was the Christopher Columbus weekend so you were able to make a deposit. Then when the money was deposited Tuesday Yet still not able to even Access your money. Stuck in the middle of nowhere and NO access to my bank STUCK. Do yourself a favor and as soon as you do have access pull all your money and open an account Anywhere other than PNC.. Think about it they shut down right before weekend then leave you high and dry with zero access to your own money. Shut your bank account and open it up anywhere other than PNC. If your a BBVA customer spread the word and be vocal with many reviews. Worst experience with a bank for me EVER....

Due to flooding and all the rain the last few days was trying to find out the condition of the Lion's city park across from this location as we are having out youngest daughter's birthday there on Saturday the 22nd. Called and spoke with a Mr. James, this man went out of his way to stop what he was doing and look across to see if the park was flooding or not. If this is not great customer service I don't know what is. He didn't have to take the call, he didn't have to check on the park for me but he did. Thank you a million times over sir, you are AMAZING!

I hate this company with a passion ! Today is the 3rd @#% time they took out 2,car payments at a time ! I have no trust in these Thieves reporting them to the BBB as soon as I'm done here . !!

Simply tried to make a small check deposit and a withdraw at drive through but can't be done even though I sent my card with 90 insurance refund check was told I needed my i.d. to make this deposit? I understand why you need it for a withdraw but a deposit? Told had to come in to make a withdraw I keep a fairly large sum at compass but with lack of atm and poor customer service not sure why I use multiple banks maybe its time to ditch them for credit unions

This bank is such a hassle. Why send me checks if I didn’t ask for them. Which lead to someone stealing them out my mailbox and stealing my money. All of this could’ve been avoided had you ask did I want checks in the first place. It’s been a month and I still haven’t received my debit card. Any other bank at least give you a debit card right then and there. On top of them being closed on the weekend it’s hard to get in touch with customer service. I knew I should’ve just went back to Wells Fargo
