Love love Milano nail, Sophia Is the absolute best. She did my nails for my wedding, I got so many compliments. I was worried about the rhinestone falling off but she assured me it wouldn’t and she was right. She did my nails exactly like the picture I showed her. They give great discounts to returning customers. Will definitely recommend if you’re looking for a nail spot in the Pearland area

Ok, I am usually very understanding in most situations and even waited over a month to make this review. I have never been to a place like this and I'm disappointed because I had high hopes. 1) top coat was not placed on my right foot and I had white shellac polish. The next morning, I noticed my entire right foot nails were discolored and it eventually became a dirty marble looking color that I could not wipe off. The color on some toes completely rubbed off. 2) my dip powder nails were very lumpy underneath the top surface. The nail tech was rushing through the process. A couple of days later, I had two nails come completely off and one nail chip. I work from home. So I was confused about what I did to cause this much damage 3) my mother's acrylic nails popped off as she was adjusting her hair and the other one popped off as she was picking up an item. My mother and I usually tip very well when we get our nails and feet done and this time we decided to tip each technician $40 a piece not knowing that our experience would be like this. We came here because our usual place was a bit far after our errands. I am just so disappointed, especially because it is in a nice neighborhood and it looks nice. I've never had to deal with nails popping off or breaking, even after a couple of months of not being able to get a refill.. Services: Pedicures, Dip powder, Acrylic nails, Waxing

Had my nails done by Emily! She is a very very good nail tech and nail artist. Very friendly and personable. Love her attitude and work. Have my pedicures done by Tammy she does a really good job as well. Love her massages on my feet and legs. Highly recommend you giving them a try. Services: Pedicures, Acrylic nails

I’m not sure what has happened within the last few months but, Milano nails is nothing like it was when I began coming here 3 years ago. You could come and be serviced within 15-20 minutes if not immediately. Normally I would get both nails and feet done at the same time which was great and the last few times I’ve been there it has taken up to an hour or more wait to get my nails and feet done and never at the same time anymore. I think it’s time for me to find a new spot, because this ain’t it. Services: Pedicures, Acrylic nails

Pedicure: I explained when arriving that I tend to get ingrown nails and only wanted my nails cut straight across. I had to stop her 3 times from cutting the edges of my nails and she still managed to do one of the smaller nails because I couldn’t see over the pillow and shellac dryer on my lap. She still filed the edges of my nails more than should be done, more than 4 strokes on the edge. She left some polish on two of my nails and just painted over. Massage was rough. Massage chair not turned on. Paint is good, so while my nails look nice, the experience was not good. I don’t see myself returning even though I have been a long time customer. Not worth the $70 for both services, also had basic manicure. Manicurist was good and efficient, but coverage on a few nails was not great. Overall, manicure was fine but I primarily visit for pedicures and my experiences over the years have declined to the point of not returning.

I honestly love Milano Nail Spa 😊 they're usually more free in the mornings compared to the afternoons for walk-ins but it's never hard to schedule an appt with them! They provide discounts based on employment and text promotional discounts as well 😊 The only reason why I'm giving four stars is because not all the techs are consistent. Sometimes a tech will do my nail so thick that it takes forever to soak off at the next visit. However, my favorites so far have been Mandy and (I think) Amy!
