Fashio Nail Spa
I felt totally abused during my three (3) appointments at Fashio Nails, yet I found myself returning because I just wanted it to work out so badly. I am tired of searching for a Nail Salons that offer cleanliness, great on-time service with fabulous designs. I book my appointments 2-3 weeks in advance. I donāt do ālate!ā If you tell me to be there at 9:00 a.m., Iām there at 8:45 a.m. I also confirm my appointments 24-hours in advance. My first appointment was on a Tuesday at 9:00 a.m. Fashio didnāt open until 9:07. Tiffany was my nail tech. She did not take me until 9:15; didnāt began until 9:30! She never offered water or a beverage. I provided her with a picture of the butterfly design I wanted two (2) weeks in advance. Was told, āNot a problem.ā Upon being seated at the Nail Techās station, I requested hand sanitizer for both of us prior to beginning. If you donāt ask, they donāt offer or require you to wash your hands prior to service. After three (3) visits, I can honestly say, Iāve never seen her wash her hands. She complained numerous times about how long the process was taking. If she thought it was going to be a problem or take too long, it should have been discussed prior to my visit. I understand that long pointed nails with designs take time. I tell every tech upfront, āIt will take approximately 2.5-3 hours to do my nails.ā I tip $10 an hour or 20-30% of my bill, whichever is more. I donāt ask for something for nothing. I was charged $125 (full set $50; take off $5; cut cuticles $5; shape $5; long nails $10; matte $10; and $40 for four (4) designs). I tipped $38 cash. She never put oil on my cuticles. I should have gotten the message after my first appointment with Tiffany. I must be a glutton for punishment or I havenāt healed from my childhood abuse. No one should allow themselves to be mistreated as I was. I left in tears. I donāt argue or loud talk. Just very disappointed. Was hoping I finally found my home nail salon. It is very surprising during a pandemic, this place does not focus on cleanliness. They do not offer hand towels or select-a-sheet paper towels to dry your hands. You have to touch a roll of non-perforated paper towels that everyone else has touched to tear off a piece to dry your hands. Services: Gel manicures, Manicures, Nail art, Foot massages, Pedicures, Acrylic nails ~LAWANDA
Milano Nail Spa Pearland
Love love Milano nail, Sophia Is the absolute best. She did my nails for my wedding, I got so many compliments. I was worried about the rhinestone falling off but she assured me it wouldnāt and she was right. She did my nails exactly like the picture I showed her. They give great discounts to returning customers. Will definitely recommend if youāre looking for a nail spot in the Pearland area ~Ruth

John's Countryette
My phone was stolen there in less than 30 seconds as I used the restroom. #sketchyplace ... store employees weren't surprised or concerned and offered no assistance to find a phone store in the area to replace the stolen phone. I had never visited that area and didn't have GPS or Google to get to a phone store or get back home and they did not help me. I had to walk to a different business to use their computer and phone to find a place to buy a replacement phone. One of their employees found it humorous. I will never go there again. ~Trish
Papa Johns Pizza
How hard is it make a pizza right these days? Were you too busy to make sure you included all the ingredients (YOU FORGOT THE PEPPERONI AND JALAPEĆOS!!!)? And how hard is it to cut a pizza into 8 equally sized pieces? Lesson learned: Never go to the Silverlake location when the other one is closed. Better yet, just never go. ~John
Papa Johns Pizza
This is my go to pizza joint. Charles and his crew are the best. I have ordered from this location more times than I can count (my son loves pizza) and my order is always right, on time and still hot when it gets to my door. 100% recommend this location if you are in Pearland. ~Tanya

Taquerias Arandas
I order through Uber thinking this time my order will be delivered correct and complete. I order 3 order of taquitos, end up getting only one order ! They took the time to ripped the receipt thinking I wouldnāt notice they charged the entire orderš”. They are stilling people! I had bad a experience before but I decided to give them a chance, I should haveš”. Thinking very seriously escalate this problem. It is illegal to donāt provide a receipt to a customer!!!!! You guys are scamming customers and authorities should be aware of that!!!! ~Melly
