I love their food! Incredible value for your money. Only reason I selected 4 stars rather than 5 is because you could not pay me to eat INSIDE their restaurant - they put the restrooms right next to the entrance, and the smell was atrocious. I'll gladly recommend their food though!!

Low quality, overpriced compared to other taquerías. Fajita quesadilla was terrible, it was drenched in red oily fat probably from chorizo. I didn't order chorizo. I thought my heart was going to give out while I was eating it cause I was hungry. Try other taquerías in Houston or try Taquería Mi Pueblito on 518 near Home Depot area. Will not go back to Arandas Pearland

Never coming back. Very dissatisfied. This place has a huge @ss banner outside ADVERTISING "Handmade Tortillas", and they rarely give them. If you're Mexican like me, you know the difference between handmade or storebought tortillas. Today I walked out with the cheap 'store bought' tortilla tacos. Background: I called and placed an order and specifically asked if I could have handmade tortillas on my breakfast tacos. They said yes. When I arrived to pay and asked, they said 'No' as my card was processing. I asked them why.. Then they argued with me that they don't give to-go orders the good tortillas. What..? I told them its not the first time I order to go, that they've given me handmade in the past, and then they tell me, "Oh sorry its cause we didn't make any today..." Well look. Thats fine if you don't have them today. Just please don't lie to me. But when I order and specifically ASK if thats what you're selling today, please don't LIE to me about it.. That would have made the difference between me choosing to buy your product today or not. I wouldn't pay $30 for store bought tortillas. For me, the product I paid for is not complete. Practically missing the main ingredient. Last time I pay $30 for false advertising $3 worth of ingredients.

I order through Uber thinking this time my order will be delivered correct and complete. I order 3 order of taquitos, end up getting only one order ! They took the time to ripped the receipt thinking I wouldn’t notice they charged the entire order😡. They are stilling people! I had bad a experience before but I decided to give them a chance, I should have😡. Thinking very seriously escalate this problem. It is illegal to don’t provide a receipt to a customer!!!!! You guys are scamming customers and authorities should be aware of that!!!!

Came in for an early Friday morning breakfast. The dining room was clean and vibrant. They weren't too busy yet and service was very quick. I had the Huevos Divorciados, as I often times get. The food was good, an appropriate temperature, good flavors, and the authentic corn tortillas complimented everything. The coffee was not all watered don, my belly is full, and I'm ready to conquer my day.

This is the worst restaurant I’ve been to. I love Arandas, but the service we received was ridiculous! We told the waitress there were 2 separate tickets. She stated they do that up front. It took over 30 minutes to get a drink. We didn’t complain once. It took about 20 minutes to receive chips. Still didn’t complain. After an hour we ordered our food. That didn’t take as long. Maybe 30 minutes. The waitress we had was unprofessional and rude. Anytime we asked for a refill or chip we received an eye roll. She even went to the other waitress at the counter and was obviously talking about us because she was pointing and the other staff members were looking. We treated her with respect even though we weren’t given the same. It came time to pay, we told her what we had on our ticket. She said no no that they do not do that . We told her that’s why we wanted it done prior to ordering so we wouldn’t have this issue…. So we asked for the full total. We were told $ 170 for 7 people. No alcohol, and 2 waters. Remembering what we ordered it didn’t add up. So I requested a receipt. She wouldn’t give one showing our order. We asked if the tip was included she said no. Again with the eye rolls. Continued to stay calm and told her it seems to be a bit more than what I had come up with so I asked if she could double check. Again with the eye roll she told me no. The person standing behind her told her the tip is included . So she then changed it and said oh yes tips included. I asked her once we pay if we can see the receipt and was told no again. We paid with a card, I asked for a pen to sign the receipt, she put it on the counter, the pen wouldn’t write so I asked if she had another one, of course another eye roll before placing another one on the counter. She snatched the first pen and attempted to scribble on paper. When she realized it wasn’t going to work she crumpled everything and slammed the pen down.. If that was the total fine, but her demeanor was suggesting it was not. She made my entire family feel uncomfortable, and the other staff members seemed to think her behavior was normal. If customer service isn’t your forte then I suggest you not be a waitress! Not to mention the food wasn’t as good as the other 2/3 locations we typically go to. The enchiladas and meat were both cold .

I placed a pick up order today and was so excited to get my food because I had been craving this then when I brought it home I opened the container and this is what I got. I paid $10 for this? You couldn’t even fill the beans up? I’m definitely never coming back. You’re over charging and not giving enough food to back up your prices.

The queso was very flavorful, the salsa was a weird beet red.. and didn't taste all that great... but the mixed Fajitas were great. I asked for sour cream and didn't get any, but wasn't charged for it. I also got a shrimp cocktail... it was amazing..... and our waitress was very attentive.

Their salsa was very watery (basically water with tomato chunks and cilantro floating around). I had the torta with fajita. Tasted OK. We found a rock inside our refried beans, which means they didn't properly clean their beans before cooking. Service was amateur.
