I'm so happy I don't have to ponder on the thought of someone else determining if I'm "beautiful" enough for Cinnamon Rolls. I am able to purchase my own through The Blessings of Jehovah God and Great Work! Thank you for placing the Cinnamon Pull Aparts in a Tin Re-Heatable Tray and keeping that same classic Papa John's Taste! I haven't had Papa John's since after school evenings in Austin, Tx and it brought back all the needed nostalgia to place a smile to my face. The workers and the atmosphere of this location was amazing! Thank you for your hard work to feed my family when I've worked too hard and don't feel like cooking. 🤣💯

Im only rating this place two stars because the pizza was not horrendous. I went with some friends to order pizza in person and when I went in there I was shocked at how disgusting the floors were of this place and how it wasn’t clean. There were bugs crawling everywhere and as you can see in the pictures, every little black dot on the floor is a bug, they were just crawling all over the place. The pizza itself was fine, it was a normal large pepperoni and it taste pretty normal, nothing to judge, it could have been a bit better but not an issue. The location on the other hand could use a fumigator every now and then.

So I was scared to go because of the ‘Deez Nutz’ review. I tried it and it’s solid good Papa Johns pizza. I did carry out, workers were friendly and pizza tasted good.

She hung up on my face 4 times and when i tried to tell her the pizza is cold and is slipping off an box.. As u can c on the picture .. She claimed i ordered it wrong .. 4 time she hung up on my face .. And when i asked for her name ahe said deez nuts

Disgusting customer service. Delivered the wrong pizza. Refused to deliver a replacement. Refused to issue a refund. Would only offer a store credit which must be used within 2 weeks. Zero apology regarding their error. Literally ruined our night dealing with this place. Would not recommend.

Ordered 3 different pizzas. $65.00 Sorry I just don’t get it.... a half a handful of more toppings would turn a skimpy pizza into a fabulous pizza that would be remembered better than the poor one. What are we talking about here... .50 cents, .75 cents extra of toppings? Management.....Think about what you would like to have delivered to you.

How hard is it make a pizza right these days? Were you too busy to make sure you included all the ingredients (YOU FORGOT THE PEPPERONI AND JALAPEÑOS!!!)? And how hard is it to cut a pizza into 8 equally sized pieces? Lesson learned: Never go to the Silverlake location when the other one is closed. Better yet, just never go.

Papa John's can do better. This order took a while to get here, and then as if that wasn't enough, we got the wrong order. Also, we ordered Contactless Delivery, which was supposed to have tamper seals on the pizza box, yet there are no tamper seals, anywhere on these boxes. The pizza was good, besides the fact that I ordered Canadian Bacon, but the pizza only had about four or five pieces of Canadian Bacon.
