Their pizza is still pretty good, but it's wired how little caesars charges more for sauce than they do for pizza even though this is a pizza place. I purchased 2 containers of sauce for $2 and if I combine the 2 it can perfectly fit into one sauce cup. I get you need to raise prices, but what about the quantity of food, if they continue this method they will closely resemble pizza hut and not in a good way.

All the employees in the back ignored me when I came in. They’d just look at me and then go back to what they were doing. After about 5 minutes I realized no one was going to assist me and I began to leave. The manager was on his way back in from his smoke break out front and caught me on my way out. He offered to help me but was very rude about it. I asked for the 6.49$ hot and ready and mistakenly didn’t look at the price when he rang me up. He charged me 9$ and when I got the receipt I told him that the large pepperoni is only supposed to be 6.49$. He told me I didn’t get the normal pepperoni, he gave me some other specialty pizza. I told him that’s not what I asked for and he picked up the phone, which wasn’t ringing and held his finger up to me and walked away. I decided it wasn’t worth my time and just went home with what I had. When I got home and checked the pizza I realized it definitely wasn’t any kind of specialty pizza. Just a regular pepperoni that was pretty light on the pepperonis. Definitely not worth the visit.

I've always said LITTLE CAESARS wasn't good, but was hot and ready. Allen location is neither hot nor ready. A half an hour wait because they didn't prepare enough dough for the orders? It's pretty ridiculous they don't have the store hours either, came here a while ago and they had the light on but door locked, guy let me in and as I was placing the order he told me they were closed at 8pm. Won't recommend or return.

Frozen Totinos would have been better. The past 2 times I’ve been, it’s been terrible. Inedible burnt sauce, crust so hard you can’t bite into it. The bread sticks used to be good but now have no flavor. I don’t know if it’s new management or they changed their ingredients but that was a waste.

My friend and I bought two pepperoni pizzas. Half of each pizza didn't have cheese on it, just sauce and a few pepperonis. The other half was also very light on toppings. Definitely check your pizzas before you leave! A location I go to in Dallas really piles on the toppings, so those are a good deal compared to this location. Are they trying to save on food costs? You're losing customers by skimping on the toppings.

I ordered the ExtramostBest Pepperoni, Slice-N-stix, and thin crust pepperoni pizza. I didn’t get a thin crust pizza and on top of that, one of the pizzas that I received was not even cut. I called the store 5 times which all resulted in voicemails after the rings.

1st picture is of one I ordered 3 weeks ago. It was a delivery and over an hour late. Horrible pizza. 2nd pic of of tonight. I ordered a pepperoni and I got a burnt cheese pizza. Requested 2 sides of ranch which they charge for and didn’t get my ranch. I have tried to call them several times. The first few it would ring but nobody would answer. The last few times I was pushed to voicemail. Unbelievable. This place has gone down hill.

One of my stuffed breads was just bread. One of the pizzas looks like an ugly misshaped star. The other pizza was almost a circle but failed to become one because one fourth of it was just a let down. Last time my family came the stuffed bread was really good. I hope next time we come it will be as good as last time. (I don't have a phone so i had to take the photo with my chromebook)

The quality of this place has gone down hill over the past year to the point that I won't return. Its close by, cheap, and tastes good enough that I would always come crawling back after a bad experience. Now however, I realize it is just not worth it. What you can expect when going to this location: - Undercooked cheesy bread where the middle is 70 % Raw dough. - Interactions with staff that range from complete indifference to one's existence to aggressive and rude. - Pizzas cut so off center that one slice is three or four times the amount of pizza as the slice on the opposite side. - Availability of zap packs, crushed peppers, or cheese is up in the air. In fact, I'm not even sure they still offer zap packs or cheese anymore?
