Just got ripped off again by this store and its manager. I had a $10 m-perks reward when my items only came up to $7 it took my reward and did not give me a credit for the $3 not used. This is a scam being pulled by Meijer state wide.

A Michigan based, started in Grand Rapids michigan... At one time it was open 24/7 prior to covid. Meijer is known as the One stop shop for everything.. over recent years Meyers have really tried to standardize all the stores. As new product hits the market Myers has been cutting back and removing some of the old product on their shelves to make room for new product... Just recently one of the the Muskegon stores removed headlight bulbs for your vehicle, while the other North Muskegon store still had it... I would say that at one time Meijer was a store where you could go in and pick up some trivial item and they had it.... But as the market changes and they're looking to create more revenue it's understandable that they need to have product in the store that will sell and not sit on the shelf for 5 years because somebody decides they finally want to come in and buy a widget. LOL... Staff is always friendly and helpful, they have full service checkouts Express checkouts and five item in less self checkouts... Some of the deli foods are no longer being hot in a box to go, but if you're looking to buy oil for your car, a home light bulb, fishing equipment and licensing, a ladder, a video game system, a bottle of booze, some deli meat and a frozen pizza you've come to shop at the right store.

Customer service is no longer available here. Plan on checking yourself out when you're done grocery shopping. And enjoy doing that, with a long wait for that. They expect you to ring up a whole cart of groceries in a 2 ft by 2 ft area.

I go to Meijer to get a few things and as usual I end up loading up they have a great deli and fresh meat clean and nice associates helpful love this store

On 10/19/22 about 11am Kelly at the Muskegon MI Harvey ST store helped in check out with a chip card not being recognized she deserves to be recognized verbal written and monetary she is Superlative!

Like the fact they have a fresh food deli and plenty of options to choose from grocery wise, only issue was checkout not many lanes open and my card that I just used at another store would not register with their computer so I had to put items back.

The guy at the deli counter was extremely rude. Me and my 11 year old daughter went to order a family pack of chicken and he told us that the sign with the menu was just a price point and all their food was below. I didn't quite understand what he was trying to say and I just mentioned again that we wanted the family dinner and he told us that this isn't burger king and I can't order whatever I want, everything they have is below. So, while I think he meant to say is that they are out of fried chicken for the night or some would be ready at a later time or all they have remaining is what is in the heater, being rude and saying that was uncalled for and really unprofessional.

We choose to go to this Meijer because there are not enough employees at the other location. They keep things very clean, the produce section is awesome. I like that mostly the shelves are stocked. There was a deli person and a bakery person to help us which rarely happens at the other location. I recommend Meijer over Walmart any day of the week for sure. Update....the store is still great

This location is huge. It really is your one stop shop. The store is always busy, but thankfully they were smart and have many self check outs and plenty of registers for quick check out. They also have a decent pet selection its like a small Petco. They have live fish you can get purchase which is pretty cool and more than the normal usual 3 aisles dedicated to pets. They also have a clothing department, small shoe department, ,etc. Its like Walmart except better! The store is fairly clean and organized things are in their proper spots and well stocked for the most part. Aisles are clearly marked so you know exactly what aisle you’re going into. The staff was also helpful and friendly. They greeted you as soon as you came in with a friendly smile.
