I go above & beyond for my customers on a more personal level with a professional work ethic getting them better customer care with a cheaper repair bill that we both still benefit from. Todays vehicles require mechanics to be more of a technician using newer computer based diagnostic tools to repair them which I have. Covering A/C to Brake Jobs. I do it all & I do it right. Only thing I ask is that you call to schedule to drop vehicle off or make sure I can can get to it that day or have storage room, because its just me running the whole business and physical side of things and due to limiting parking space, I might not have room. this is rarely the case all I ask is that you call to check first. I recently brought my truck to JT thinking I needed both lower ball joints replaced. Instead only one was bad and the tie roads. He could've charged me for both lower ball joints and I wouldn't have know the difference but he didn't. He also repaired my muffler and checked my check engine light without me asking him or him charging me for it. I would feel confident recommending him to friends and family. I can't recommend JT's. He seemed like a good guy but when I brought my car to his house at the agreed upon time there was no answer at the door. I called and he said he had overslept. He said he had the flu and when I asked if he needed to cancel the repair he told me that I have an attitude problem. So I took my car to another local mechanic who was more professional and did the repair for the same price.

Wow... where to start, fast and convenient he came to my house to work on my 2015 Ram 2500 (Brakes, oil and fuel filters). Was very pleased at the knowledge and the fact he was easy to talk too. Work was done close to half the price while maintaining professional work. He was courteous enough to lay down a paper mat in my floor board before he test drove to ensure all was well. I don't know how the shops will compete when JT's gets more known. See for yourself you will not be disappointed.

I just so happened to come across JT’s Auto Repair and it was a blessing! It was a small repair that I needed but Jacob was so accommodating - as if it was a high dollar job. He is extremely knowledgeable about his vehicles as my husband and I learned while we chatted with him as he repaired the car. He really cares about his customers. The price he charged was half the price I would have had to pay at a local mechanic shop. We were very pleased and look forward to bringing our vehicles to him as repairs are needed.

When your disabled with a low fixed income and your car has problems, it can be hard to afford to fix. I am so happy that i have him to work on my vehicle! He goes above and beyond to fix my vehicle and charges me half the price that other shops have quoted me. He is always goes out of his way to check fluids, wiper blades, brakes anything that could cause me problems in the future. I have noticed that most of the times there wasn't even a charge for those little things on my bill. What a pleasant surprise and very hard to come by these days! I am more than pleased with the professional yet caring service and the attention to detail this young man gives and will always come back to him for any and all future work.
