Bought 4 chicks yesterday, came home and noticed one was not moving and laying down with its wings spread out. I called tractor supply 1 hour after I left the store to let them know and ask if I can exchange it. I understand all sales r final but I called 1 hour after I left! The chick died literally less than 24hrs after I bought.

The store is nice and clean. The staff is helpful and friendly. They seem to be out of quite a few things, but that is understandable with the product shortages.

Called ahead to get propane. Went inside they said they’d call. Stood around 10 mins went back inside. Oh she went to lunch. This is why I called first. They always have issues more than 70% of the time getting propane. Edited - a year later still no one available to fill propane. They need to just not sell it since no one is ever there to fill tanks. 7.22.2022

Tractor Supply is a great place to shop if you have a farm or ranch. 90% of the time, they have exactly what I'm looking for. The other 10% are items I need that they just don't carry. The employees at the Robstown store have always been friendly and helpful as well.

9 months and there is still only one mgr that is licensed to fill your propane. If you arrive and they aren’t working, woe be you. It might be 3 days until they are off their weekend. TSC paying for a propane filling station then not training anyone to use has got to be the most pennywise, pound- foolish thing I’ve heard of. Call ahead before you try to get propane here, chances are that one employee is not in.

Employee gave me lip because I was in a regular parking for curbside pick.. I told her "well it would help if yall actually had a sign telling us where to wait at" I always get down but had a few errands to run and wanted to save time. Never again she always has attitude.
