If I could give under a 1 star for this place I would, the manager and assistant manager are rude. Quick to take ur money but when u ask for a refund give you a false number for corporate office and give u a runaround. I called the Beaumont branch and easily got the corporate number without a hassle. Several people has had issues with this branch. It needs to be shut down ASAP. I paid a down payment and now getting a run around to get it back along with the store manager lying saying my references aren't being contacted for my to pick up the product. Upon calling in confronting the store manager she called me a liar but when I proved that the number was in the call log her story changed. and when I stated I had an attorney involved she got a attitude even more this is bad business for silsbee.

Got a mattress from here 6 months ago. There's where the problem started. Upon delivery I see that the bed wasn't new as stated it was before I left the store,so i called the store and the RUDEST PERSON in the store began to tell me the mattress was new and basically calling me a liar. I told them I didn't want it until a mgr called me and told me he would sale it for 150 and that it has only been on display. Here I am 6 months later calling in to make my final payment and guess what? They tell me it added interest because my same as cash was over last month. With that being said I now owe ANOTHER 120 on a mattress I have paid 120 on already and only owed 30 dollars. Although when speaking with a manager last month he did tell me it would add just a little if I didn't pay it off he failed to inform me it would double. I will never do business with this company ever again nor will I ever recommend this place to anyone, yeah it's good when you don't have full cash to pay for something but this is just ridiculous. After a few corporate calls maybe they will help train their employees at a professional level and teach them how to talk to someone like they have half of an education and do something about how certain employees should have to act. Ghetto isn't professional.

I have bought many items from this store in Silsbee The staff has been very helpful, and willing to work with you, everyone there is very friendly and professional. Our sterob broke and they came right out and replaced it with a loaner until it's fixed. We have no problems with the staff what so ever and will use this store again for future purchases
