Our visit to the store was great. Cassandra was very helpful in getting our service transferred from T-Mobile to Verizon. She explained all the costs and plans that suited what we were looking for. My experience with Casandra was GREAT!!! Even with the superrrrr inconvenience and what seemed like foreverrrrr of switching from Sprint/T-Mobile Due to there unwilling to make things easy to port numbers and access account information. She made me and my family feel great about our choice. We spent dang near a whole day in her store trying to get sprint to cooperate and set us free lol she didn’t rush or make us feel like we were a inconvenience to her. She even hooked us up with some great deals and helpful tips on our new phones !!! Being the only worker in store at the time she handled it well she never missed a beat between us, answering the company phone, to helping others that walked in she was AWESOME!!!

My experience with changing my provider today was 100% stress free! Amazing customer service! Such a quick and easy transition! Cassandra was 100%. I will be returning to Cassandra for all my cell phone needs!

There is no reason that any store should only have one employee. Due to this, we had to wait over an hour and even then the store was closing so we had to leave. The employee was more interested in personal conversation than closing out the account with the client in line before us. He came to us at one point and we talked and he said he was going to go get his ipad and then did not come back at all. This store needs more than one employee working and it was not a good experience at all. We will not be returning.

Signed up a few weeks ago and got myself a Note 10+ and IPhone 11. The customer service was great and friendliness was nice. Diana and Elizabeth were both very helpful in getting service transferred over from our previous provider. Elizabeth was patient, understanding and stayed attentive through the whole process while being informative. I'm happy with my purchase and service. Will be returning in the future.

Please note that this store is NOT a Verizon corporate location. I bring this up because they operate under their own rules. Nothing wrong with that of course, but just so you are aware. Now to my experience here. I went to this location specifically for the 5 star reviews. I enter the store and who I thought was a customer, due to being on his phone by himself was in fact an employee. I explained that I set up my phone online and was told I could come to a store to expedite the process. I was immediately told, "we do not give out free SIM cards" and it would $30 per phone for them to help. They said this fee is in addition to an activation fee. They offered no additional assistance or explanation for this. The store manager (which received such high google reviews) was not rude at all but the most shocking thing was how they simply did not want or care for my business. That may very well be the case but there is no reason to be so blunt about it. I called Verizon directly and they were shocked as well by the fee's but they were quick to ask if this was a corporate office, which now I know can make quite a bit of difference. They put me in contact with an official Verizon store so hopefully my experience will be much better.

Lauren helped us switch over to Verizon from t-mobile and made the process very pain free. She was very knowledgable, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that everything was working and switched over to our new phones before we left even though that meant staying late.
