I show up at 9:54 and the doors are locked and the lady inside says it closes at 10. Either update the website or inform the employees to keep the doors open until the store closes. As I was there 3 other people that showed up

I showed up an hour before closing to purchase a gallon of milk. To my surprise the staff decided to close an hour early 9pm. I asked the associate why as she opened the door to let customers out. She said it was for cleaning (nice). I stated that the door said 10pm. If you are going to clean the whole store during open hours you should change your closing. I was then approached by someone who I can only imagine was a manager and she said I could come in if I wanted to breathe the chemicals (sarcastic). Then she locked the door in my face. As I walked to my car another associate proceeded to pull the hours off the door. Very classy.

Kimberly is a cashier at this location. She is the epitomy if customer service!!! I am aware how aggravating times can be, when you're trying to complete a task and everyone needs your attention. On numerous occasions she has needed to stop what she was doing to assist in loading my card. Though I could tell the situation was aggravating she never once dropped her smile and polite dialogue. The only reason I stopped to give the 5 stars is because of her excellent customer service

Casey is hard working, positive, and an overall great manager. Personalizing the conversations by taking the time to remember her regular visitors. The staff at store #09130 are always upbeat and make simple shopping no longer a chore, but something to look forward to. I love shopping at this location for regular needs and will continue to in the future. Keep up the great work y'all!

Went during an ice/snow storm aftermath and very VERY impressed by how prepared the staff and store was. There was a truck being unloaded as they regulated the number of customers in and out. Super efficient.

The people there vary ' there is a young man who is very friendly ' respectful and helpful and a young lady as well ' but the rest are very rude and act as if they doing you the favor and there poop don't stink ' I also have a very close friend ' these people have the audacity to accuse her of stealing ' in which case I know for a fact she is not a thief 'that was a bad accusation' they also banned her because of her little pamerain which is a very well mannered pup " better behaved then many kids I've seen ' she also has a personal carrier for her pup which by the way is an emotional support dog ' so I ask you all for a little input on this matter ' do you think the employees are wrong in doing this ? Better than it use to be, but still a nightmare, constant turn over in management and employees. Unorganized, stuff often still on shipping carts, which are in the aisles, in the way of customers and blocking product on the shelves, and a complete safety hazard. Then they are constantly changing the store hour's, often store employees are out front smoking and having social hour, and when busy rarely open second check out, instead it's as though everyone goes in hiding or it's not their job. Product on shelves, prices are not always visible or mismarked, and cleaning is not a very high priority there apparently. I shop it out of convenience mostly, but then I could live without it there, preferred it that way as with all the other stores and development that's taking place. Time to look for new property, this store is not in any way a real asset to the community, at least least not in it's current state and management. Still waiting and looking for improvement, have seen little yet, most of the problems you are at corporate levels. Failing to hire competent management and staff, and failing to oversee the operation of it. Need I say more, than good luck and it is what it is. There:
