The stylist is excellent (Pyong), but the online Checkin process is pathetic. The employees claim to have no control over the process. It’s frustrating and usually results in a significant waste of time. The online Checkin should either be designed to work properly, or it should be eliminated.

But I moved from Summerwood to Spring, I had to give up my trusted haircare advisor and maintenance technician. Otherwise known as my barber. I decided to stop by this location just for convenience, and I happened to meet an excellent technician named Ana who has done a wonderful job taking care of me and my family. Right now this location deserves my five stars that I will give it.

Pretty unprofessional to see other customers that came in well after me AND I had checked in online. The guy that went ahead of me didn’t even request the specific stylist yet she (Ana) made it a point to skip me altogether. Hairstylist was Miss E. She was fantastic!
