Don't ever go here on the weekend because those 2 young girl don't even know how to take order and make coffee. One of them charge me more than what i normally paid, and the drinks comes out totally wrong. I like the staff that work on weekday because they know what they doing.

The young lady seemed irritated. When we walked up top the counter I felt add I'd she didn't want to serve us. Then she didn't make our drinks properly. Straws weren't filled for costumers and when we went back to let her know after she sent us over to theDysonDustin foot staff

I stood at the counter for 5 minutes while the "coffee master" was doing a simple task yet upon waiting for that task to be finished. Didn't say a word and without skipping a beat got on the phone and started going through Social media. He may have not even seen me to be honest which is even more of a problem. The male associate just didn't say a word after waiting to long I just left. And wrote this while it's fresh. Going to another Starbucks! Where I pay for great service. Also needs to be terminated for just not caring.

I placed and order, and the lady charged me more. She was clearly angry (not my fault she is miserable) and I did not get a receipt to get her name and report her. The coffee that I got was completely wrong from what I ordered. The service is terrible and I will be coming back just to get her name

Excellent service. I asked Naa for a hot chocolate and she got me want I wanted. I don’t usually go to Starbucks since I have ha hard time deciding what I want. But, Naa made the visit quick and easy.

Paula is rude! Also to her employees I saw her going off at one of her employees sad really hopefully they can replace her ! They shouldn’t have people like her working anywhere that’s how bad her behavior was! Good luck Starbucks employees, at this location!! SMH!
