Awful store. Never enough people to help. I went Saturday at 2 pm. It was closed. After 5 you need an appointment. After 22 yes as a customer, never changing carriers, i am ready to change carriers. No longer the gold standard of customer service. No longer the best of the best, no longer the company making others rise to the challenge. Support closes early. Customer service. Closes when the sun goes down and you are not the best part of Verizon. I am done. After all this time I must leave and give my loyalty to another.

We didn't look at the reviews before we went and I'm really glad we didn't because we would've been swayed to go to another location, but we had absolutely amazing customer service at this location. Both of the women working at the time were very nice but we were helped specifically and mostly by Kelsi who was so patient with our stupid questions and explained them in ways we would understand, and multiple times at that. She solved all of our problems and we were even there right up until they closed and she was super nice the entire time.

This is terrible customer service. I had bad experience from this store. I took my wife to exchange her phone because she bought the iPhone 14 only 2 days but the phone was getting hot I called the Verizon operator they referred me to bring to the Verizon store 5941 farm to market 2920 suite D. Spring tx. My wife went there and waited 1 hour 10minutes. One of the girl come out and I asked her to help my wife to exchange a new phone and different color. She refused to exchange my phone because she tell me that the phone was exchange couple time now the store don’t lets her to exchange but I was talk to the Verizon customer service and they tell me bring to your store, then now you tried to excuse the store won’t let’s you do it. She told my wife that’s something wrong with your phone that’s why you wants to exchange. She told us talk to Verizon customer service and tell them to send the phone. I told her that’s you work for Verizon why you excuse for other Verizon customer service to help. This is very bad experience I don’t recommend anybody to come to this store. They will have a bad service like us.

The absolute WORST SERVICE EVER at a Verizon store. Under staffed & incompetent employees. Actually only one employee & trainee present. They were not interested in helping or even pretending to help. I was told I was in the “Que”. Whatever that means. Terrible Customer Service.😨☹️

Friendly staff Update 5 years later. Still understaffed and can't open on time. The picture was taken Monday September 19th at 9:34. I have been here since 9am and 5 other customers have shown up and left. Update 10:07 am. Still no one here. Many people waiting in the parking lot. Is this location permanently closed? Update 10:31 am. UPS with phone delivery had to leave...so now the store won't have phones that they are supposed to. Update 10:40 am. Security guard informed us that they were not opening the store today due to lack of staffing. No sign. No care for any of the customers that waited.

Rude sales associates who only will help you if you are buying something. Forget trying to upgrade your phone here, they will just tell you that you’ll have all your promotions taken away if you do. Would give negative stars if I could.

Worst customer service and employee locked my partner out of his phone. We came from two separate providers to move to Verizon. We were there 2.5 hours trying to unlock his phone and were basically kicked out because they wanted to close early due to staffing problems. There were three employees there and not too many customers. I tried to explain that my partner’s phone was locked out because of an employee to which the ‘manager’ said it wasn’t their fault and we’d have to contact the other provider even though we were already transferred over to Verizon. Never going back to this location. Can’t believe they made us leave without fixing the issue leaving my partner without a working phone.

By far the absolute worst service I have ever experienced EVER. I would advise everyone to never come to this store! I had to upgrade a phone on a business account and they would not service me what so ever. I had to call the CORPORATE line to get address the account which I was informed after spending hours on the phone it could not be done on weekend by the phone rep. Then I was advised to do a express locker pickup which the store did not assist me what so ever…I processed the order via phone call with Verizon while at Verizon and was still not able to get the phone! I was told the order was on hold “not sure why” - My companies will be seeking other providers after this experience! Unbelievable! Not to mention the rudeness!

Bought phones over a week and a half ago , they’re still not working. My rep didn’t really help me set up anything which is odd I’ve never bought a brand new phone and just left. I’ve been to the store every other day for a SIM card which in fact is still not working properly. I’m completely over it I shouldn’t have switched this process have been hell and time consuming.

Do yourself a favor. Go somewhere else. When I bought my new phone there was no mention of a loyalty with a trade in. And she handled my old phone and was all for getting me a new one. When I set up my Verizon account the woman on the phone tells me that there is a loyalty for 699.99. Great! She doesn't tell us that a trade in is required, or that it takes two months to go through. I'm down 48$ going in when my bill doesn't reflect to be told you need a trade in that is in good condition. There's absolutely nothing they can do. Go somewhere else.
