When I arrived at the location at 3pm on a Monday, the door to the waiting room was locked, and a line of people formed standing and sitting on the floor in the hallway outside with no chairs. A sign on the door said "back in 15 minutes," but nobody was there for at least 45 minutes, and some of the people waiting even had appointments. After that, one staff arrived and unlocked the door, and had to singlehandedly check in and draw blood for all seven people while working alone. The staff seemed unfriendly and exhausted, as if they were half asleep, and spoke in a soft dreary monotone voice. The blood draw room had old wrappers and supplies and packaging littered across the floor. As my blood was taken in this lifeless place, I couldn't help but feel as though a bit of my soul was drained out of me along with it. While I did eventually get my blood draw done, I would recommend a different location, if possible.

Super wow excellent service. I came with an order, and no appointment. The technician took me in with a smile and without waiting she walked me to the draw room. She was gentle, professional and fast. Kudos! *there was two technicians serving at this location

It says you don’t need to make an appointment for routine lab work but the lady who is here always keeps the doors locked and won’t let anyone in unless they have an appointment. She tells you to go to a different location, which isn’t doable for everyone. She says she doesn’t want to stay there late and is there alone. Highly unprofessional and no customer service

I had a 11:00 AM appointment on a Friday. I showed up at 10:50 AM to a completely empty lab with the lights off. Knocked and no one answered. I called their number and no one picked up. I wait until 11:10 then left. By that point there were two more people waiting and wondering whether labcorp staff will show up. SO unprofessional. If the staff needed to step out or if needed to cancel my appointment, at least leave a signage or give me a call.

One star is too generous to rate my "experience" at this labcorp. I made my appointment online, received a confirmation email, arrived on time, checked in online (because due to covid they don't want you in their office until they are ready) ... Then I waited and waited. I tried to get ahold of someone on the phone while waiting but they make it impossible to speak to a real person. Finally, I peaked through a small opening on their door and it was completely dark inside! Obviously, no one there....my appointment was 2pm. I have 3 young kids and it's no small thing for me to go to an appointment alone, at 2 o'clock in the afternoon! Very, very frustrating and I will not be going back here.

We arrived there around 3:30 pm on Friday but the doors were already locked. On their website they say it's open till 4:30 pm. After waiting at the door for few minutes, one patient came out and we got in. But the old white lady at the reception started shouting saying they were closed. There was one more patient who had appointment at 3:30 who followed us inside and she even wanted to send that patient back. She told us either to go to the hospital or come back on Monday. I did not want to go back to the same place, so I booked the nearby LabCorp.

Had to come here for an employment pre-screen. Setup appointment online, arrived early with my paperwork, they got me in within 5min of my scheduled slot even though it was so busy. Front desk lady was nice, guy doing the testing in back was nice as well. Not sure why so many people have bad things to say, but my experience was fine.

Had to do a Pre screen. I think I got the new hire, because they first didn’t understand that I didn’t have to pay and trying to tell them didn’t help much as their English was not that good. From this same person, There was no explanation on what was needing to be done, no hello, they also did not listen to anything I had to say about knowing my body in giving blood. But the big thing is, they needed 4 vials, they didn’t tape down the device so they kept moving it while I they were drawing each vial, which made it hurt each time… They got informed by the person that knows what they are supposed to do, they they dis not get enough in some of the vials.. Since they did not secure the device and pulled it when done, before verifying or knowing they got what they needed, they wanted to do it again. The other lady, came in and asked to do it again, she offered for me to lay down and actually listened to what I had to say. That was nice but the damage was done and I left due to extremely bad service. They get a 2 star for the other lady there proving it was the person and not the place; however, they need to vet the people they hire better.

I’ve tried and tried with LabCorp but I’m finally giving up. Even after providing feedback to the location manager as well as corporate, LabCorp fails to improve. It’s clear to me that they only care about bottom-line profits, which trickles down to disgruntled employees and a poor customer experience. Here’s a list of things they do wrong wrong based on a dozen+ visits since they acquired PACLAB, which used to be at this location: - There is only one employee at a time staffing the entire office. That means the employee is responsible for checking in patients, managing records and paperwork, handling the medical services for patients, and working with third parties that come in to pick up lab samples + drop off supplies. I usually have to wait 20 minutes for a routine blood draw that used to take 5-10 minutes when it was PACLAB. - I never see the same employee here twice. The employee usually seems inexperienced or new in their field, which makes me nervous. They’re also clearly exhausted and, thus, have a poor attitude when I come in. They give the impression that I’m inconveniencing them. - The hours are terrible because they need to give their one employee breaks since no one is there to cover them. The hours are inconsistent, too: I showed up 15 minutes before their posted lunch break and the door was locked. I could see the employee at the front desk talking to a third-party supplier so I knocked on the door several times. The woman answered the door and gave me attitude when I called her out on closing early. She said her supervisor told her to close early, so I asked for the supervisor’s number and left a message about everything wrong with this location. I was particularly frustrated because I hauled my newborn in with her car seat and would have to return another day. Infuriating. I hate LabCorp so much that I’m now going out of my way to a less-convenient lab services company for my blood draws—even if I have to drag my children with me. Do yourself a favor and skip LabCorp, no matter how convenient they might be. You have other options.

Horrible Service! I still can't believe what just happened. I'm 6 months pregnant and scheduled an appointment this morning at 9:00 for a gestational diabetes test after 12 hrs fasting at their lab-Suite 130 with a confirmation number I received while scheduling and a doctors slip. Reached on time and the front desk acted like they were very surprised to see me. According to them the place was "inconvenient and uncomfortable" for me to take the test and that their wifi wasn't working so they weren't "informed" or ready to do my test!! I asked them what should I do now and why wasn't I informed beforehand? They asked me to go back to my ob gyn as they were having technical issues! She and the rude guy at the front desk, didn't seem a least bit apologetic or concerned about the situation and instead pretended like I was the dumb one to have mistakenly shown up for the appointment with them. Are you kidding me??? You just don't ask a hungry pregnant lady(fasting for 12hours) to go back to another office when she was scheduled with you and act like it was her fault to show up at your supposedly uncomfortable place well on time! If it's so uncomfortable, why schedule patients at the first place? If I could give zero stars, I would! I usually dont give negative reviews, but with your terrible service I had to break my record.
