One of the rudest pharmacist I ever encountered. He wouldn’t even listen to my question on vaccine eligibility and simply says bye. Thankfully another pharmacist was kind enough to answer my question. It’s a shame that individual employees can bring down the reputation of a good chain like Costco.

The most unhelpful pharmacy staff at this Kirkland store. Tried to refill a med that isn’t a controlled substance but was told they didn’t have enough in stock. When asked for a partial fill was told this couldn’t be done on the medication. Really ? As a health care provider I know the migraine medicine is not a controlled med. Basically was told I could call around and see who had enough medication in stock. Won’t go back to this store ! I’ll take my business to Tacoma where I used to live … they are awesome!

Rediculous hours. What good is having sightly cheaper medications if I can't get them when I need them. Edit: and it wasn't even cheaper in the end. They refused to honor the GoodRX price and charged me an additional $85 because it was for my cat. Apparently Costco hates cats.

I love this pharmacy. I will brave the Costco parking lot 10/10 times to go here over the Redmond CVS! They are kind, fast, amazing prices and overall are wonderful. Highly recommend.

Costco Pharmacy is by far the least expensive of any pharmacy in our area. They also provide a discount card for prescriptions not covered by insurance. They have always been extremely courteous and helpful. Sometimes there is a wait but that is because they handle 20 times more customers than the average drug store pharmacy. I will wait a little longer to save money. I think they do a great job.

Worst pharmacy in the industry by far. Delivery takes weeks if not months, so don't order things that you will need immediately. It takes a week for them just to get a prescription that is faxed to them into the system and at least another week for them to go through the process to get it ready for payment and shipping. However, in most cases, they have had a system error which required my calling in or the order gets dropped still requiring my calling in to get the systems moving again. Yes they sometimes have great prices, but not always. One regular prescription varies from $40 to $60 to $120. Yes I have the ability to say no, but that doesn't work very well with prescriptions now does it since you are not allowed to shop around. The Costco in person pharmacy is much better though busy and inconvenient having always provided low prices and the ability to pick up the next day - which is much better than a month or so wait. Don't convert to Costco's online system if you haven't already - they are two very different services. Just sayin.

For the second time I have showed up after refilling my prescription using the automated service and once again it wasn't ready hours after the automated time I received on the phone. This is the last time I will be refilling at Costco.

So much better than Walgreen's. You can actually use their phone system to get a human being on the phone and do so within a minute or two. As we all know, prescriptions can be complicated and sometimes questions need to be asked and you don't want to struggle through some bizarrely complicated IVR just to find a person with answers. The downside is that some of the pharmacists you get on the phone are just a little too abrupt, to the point of rudeness. I'm thinking of one guy in particular. He's all business but he's also a cold and snotty little jerk and one day he's going to get caught and lose that plum job. I know more than a few elderly folks who have started recording their conversations with Costco Pharmacy. I know I will be from now on.

I like it better than Walgreens. You DON'T need a Costco card to get the cheap generics; just tell the associates when you enter that you're going to the pharmacy. There are often lines to pick up, so don't expect it to be super quick. But in spite of busyness, the technicians are nice time after time. If you need a medication by a certain time, call ahead and speak with a technician. If you use the automated service to refill, it'll take over a day.

Excellent, but would like to receive a call when a prescription is ready. Just a suggestion. One complaint: Estradiol Transdermal system 0.025mg. Last prescription was filled with this drug from 3m. Please send it back to 3 M and tell them they need to work on quality assurance. Does not work well and needs further testing. Probably is cheaper that is why it was purchased.
