I've had my blood drawn many times and have never been uncomfortable doing it until now. The 2 people didn't talk to me and the person drawing my blood seemed mute and like something was wrong with her as if she may have been drunk or hadn't slept in 5 days. She moved really slow, and the needle slipped out at one point and she didn't notice to slip it back in until I looked up at her to see if she was paying attention. I wanted to ask if she was feeling okay but didn't know if that would be appropriate

I really wanted this to go well as I liked the gal a lot that helped us. We created an account online to view results but the most important test result never showed. She didn’t log it into the system due to tech issues but assured us it would show up soon. It never did and it was lost. I see other reviews where they have lost the lab results too. You can’t call to talk to anyone at the lab and customer service doesn’t have the ability to call them either. I won’t be returning…

I really wanted this to go well as I liked the gal a lot that helped us. We created an account online to view results but the most important test result never showed. She didn’t log it into the system due to tech issues but assured us it would show up soon. It never did and it was lost. I see other reviews where they have lost the lab results too. You can’t call to talk to anyone at the lab and customer service doesn’t have the ability to call them either. I won’t be returning…

Just had the best experience at this location. My doc had tried to draw blood twice with no success. I came to my appointment (make an appointment, it’s easier on everyone) nervous that it would happen again. Nope! The employee nailed it, I hardly felt it and he chit chatted with me the whole time as I had to give quiet a bit of blood. I even snowed up about 30 min early hoping to get in and I did. I’m leaving a happy customer and I wish I would have got the employees name to give a proper shout out.

Went to this Quest to get 2 labs done, spent 30+ mins at the appointment for them to find my doctor's order. Couple weeks later they only ran 1 lab but billed me for 2. Called billing to report the extra charge and after waiting 25 mins they transferred me to results, who told me they never ran the test, then they told me to call billing again. I need to go get my test re-done now and haven't been able to get the extra charge removed from my bill yet. They make you transfer to person and person until you get burnt out and give up. I've never had this issue and get my blood drawn fairly often, go to any other location or even a different provider.

Worst experience. I needed to do blood test couple months ago and was not able to do at my local family doctor office, I asked my family dr to send the request to quest in Kirkland, after arriving here and waiting for such a long time I lost patient and went up to them to see why they’re not calling my name , then they said they don’t have my blood request on the computer and Can’t do it ,that day I was not able to do the blood test . Sonce then they’re been sending me bills for something that They have not provided service to , they’re affecting my credit score, I have tried calling customer service several times no body answers.

I've been driving down from Everett for years for blood draws. I use DLS (Direct lab services) online lab services. Pay using credit card or paypal. My doctor is jealous of the prices I pay. Results are emailed to me. Maybe people are so cranky cuz they fasted for the tests? Or...patients simply have no patience ;- ) There was another blood lab off 124th & Hwy 405 but they closed a long time ago.

I have used this lab several times. I am always impressed with the professionalism, cleanliness, and efficiency. I am always a walk in. I have never had to wait very long if any. My husband also had a very great experience.

Ordered tests online, went in on a Thursday morning. Didn't have to wait at all. The lady (wish I remembered her name!) was very nice and professional. It was easy. In and out in about 10 minutes. And I received my results within a couple of days. Will be back again for blood work in the future!

For the last decade I've been charged about $150 for a full blood panel from various clinics. Quest charged me $1400 for the same panel. No transparent pricing at all. I was blown away when I received the bill. My insurance covered it but still. This place is ripping people off big time.
