I've been a member for 4 years. The equipment, the facility, the staff and the quality of service have been great and consistently improving, which is rare to see and hard to do! Shout out to owner Faris who is oh so friendly and knowledgeable! He and his staff have been doing a fantastic job! It's a small boutique gym but it absolutely has everything one could ask for! Despite the size, I've never had to wait for a machine for an unreasonable amount of time. Fellow gym members are generally very friendly and understanding. This is definitely the best gym I've ever been a member of! ~Gatorade

The most unhelpful pharmacy staff at this Kirkland store. Tried to refill a med that isn’t a controlled substance but was told they didn’t have enough in stock. When asked for a partial fill was told this couldn’t be done on the medication. Really ? As a health care provider I know the migraine medicine is not a controlled med. Basically was told I could call around and see who had enough medication in stock. Won’t go back to this store ! I’ll take my business to Tacoma where I used to live … they are awesome! ~margaret

Ran into an issue with a windshield chip with the staff. There was no checkup guided by the staff when I checked out the car. I also didn’t do it by myself, cause I never expected this to happen and I usually very much trust the provider. Probably that’s part of the mistake I had. Then after a short while, I noticed the chip, but I assumed it would be fine, which could be part of my mistake again. Then we had some discussions when I checked back in. I won’t complain about that part and I wished to deal with professional way to find out solution. But just don’t want to admit it since I really couldn’t recall the windshield was hit by any flying stones. Happy to do follow ups. But one of the staff was extremely rude and showing unacceptable attitude. Smashing things on the desk and just turned around with loud speaking. A short while after, I got an email with a report with my signature forged. No matter whose responsibility of the chip it would be determined finally, this is extremely bad customer service and I would never go to this rental again. The conditions of the car was pretty good, which I’m fine with for 1 star. ~Teng

I've had my blood drawn many times and have never been uncomfortable doing it until now. The 2 people didn't talk to me and the person drawing my blood seemed mute and like something was wrong with her as if she may have been drunk or hadn't slept in 5 days. She moved really slow, and the needle slipped out at one point and she didn't notice to slip it back in until I looked up at her to see if she was paying attention. I wanted to ask if she was feeling okay but didn't know if that would be appropriate ~Rebecca

I walked in at 5:50 PM 10 minutes before closing. The blond lady who seem to be the manager or the owner I don’t know. She was training a cashier when I entered. She came up to me and said “we’re closing in 10 minutes” I said OK and kept shopping. Then she walked over and started walking next to me. I felt so uncomfortable. I had so many items to pick up and I literally wasn’t able to grab much because I was literally rushed out of the store. And I still left a few minutes before closing. Bad business! Not coming again. 😑 ~Nana

Always the least expensive gas in town. Lines are short in the early morning and can get really long later in the day, especially on Fridays. Attendants are very friendly and are quick to help with getting new receipt paper in the pumps. Will always try to get gas at Costco if possible. ~Jym

Argh. Like others have said, quite expensive. Also, hours were posted on a handwritten piece of paper, but they weren't open when they said they'd be. I'm wishing for new management or maybe just take out the station and replace it with condos and shops like everywhere else around here. A hard pass on this station, sorry. ~Ice

Horrible experience. While the prescription was correct, they gave me incorrect lenses on the glasses and when they replaced the lenses they damaged the frame in multiple places. Really a huge waste of time and money. The long wait time for ordering the glasses was just the beginning. Very slow staff that makes awful mistakes. I would avoid at all costs. ~Martha
