Truck shop no good, people there change shifts and new shift don’t have communication with night shift had me waiting for more than 12 hours just for a tire change……..

Mechanics are on commission pretty sure petro/ta. I asked for a good tire to be patched. Mechanics dont make anything on that type of work here. I should of spoke to mechanics and offered to tip well. Told me 3 hours after 6 hours i left. Seen others trucks keep skipping then when mechanics were done walk around played on phones and went to their cars. Never worked on my truck. Under a load I had to leave. Called roadside truck. Cant sit here all day for one tire patch. Service: Tires

Worst place I have seen in 14 years . I came in for air bag replacement on Volvo . 4pm 24 hours later job isn't done . Mechanics spend more time walking around then doing their job . The young lady behind counter was rude . The Young Man behind counter was watching TV on his phone ....The store is empty next time I will go to a loves . This ta happens to be worst I have seen . They need employees who cares about there job . 24 hours later for an air bag unbelievable....will not recommend this place to anyone .

Overall just a dirty run down truck stop. Restaurant service is lacking, food is ok if you like it dripping with oil, restrooms need a good cleaning as well as the whole place.

Came at 11 pm, they told me to back it in the bay at 1 am and i only needed to replace a trailer tire that I allready replaced at another ta 5 days ago and it got balled, I waited for another 2 and a half hours for them to replace one trailer tire. Bad service

No one working fuel counter on Saturday morning. Some big holes in the parking lot. No one to clean showers till later in the day. Just like Amarillo can't shower late or early.

This was the worst Place for repair they told me to get into bay #6 and the mechanic guy told me that he gonna start with in 20 minutes but am still here it’s been 3 hours and 45 minutes… please Avoid this place in all costs ..!

Stopped in rawlins WY. For an inspection,, was told 1 hour, figured OK I'll wait,, watched their tech walk around in shop for a hour,, needless to say after 2.5 hours of them doing nothing in shop,, I left,, drove to speed co in green river WY. was put in shop imeadeatly they replaced 2 tires and did inspection, In about 2 hours,,, thank God for speedco....

Since the '80s I've always loved the Petro, but here of late anything they advertise your cashiers will not check to make sure that it rings up right. They have the propel water advertised 2.39 a bottle or two for 3.50 but when I get to the cash register it's ringing up 2.39 a bottle and sharon doesn't want to correct it she just stand there and says that this is what I have to charge you that's false advertisement Petro!
