So let me see if I got this straight... in the window there is a 30.06 sign that says that a license to carry holder cannot carry a concealed weapon. However they can carry openly as there is no 30.07 sign. Also anyone over the age of 21 WITHOUT a license to carry can carry a gun with or without it being concealed. Common sense not very common here. This coming from a place that buys and sells guns. This on top of other reviews makes it clear I have no desire to ever do business here.

I came to this place to buy a wireless controller for my play station, they told me that everything in the store is tested and works perfectly, you still have to pay an extra 5% for a 30-day guarantee, when I backed home the wireless controller never worked,I do not recommend shopping at this place.

The staff manager is on a power trip and the employees are all intimidated by him. So there resulting in bad service. They all seem like paycheck to paycheck attitude people. No real enthusiasm for appreciation of thier jobs much less interested in helping people an understanding why people go to pawn shops. They need to rethink about the empowering essence of why they are there. And they probably would understand this review at that. Sad.

Went in here to buy a gun. The employees were rude and took over an hour to even start the background clearance. In the end it took over 3 hours for me to purchase said gun. I even over heard the employees saying bad things about me when I changed my mind about the gun I wanted to buy. Worst experience I've ever had with a pawn shop.

Horrible service and rude attendants, definetly don't come here. They are paranoid about covid above the average in most stores, instead of safety they push fear sadly I hope they close there are far better pawn shops in the area.

I want to say how much I enjoy shopping at this store the staff treated me as if I was a long lost friend Kevin was my go to guy he guided me thru several large purchases. Help me negotiate the best deal. He spent time with me and his expert knowledge of several pieces was very helpful I would trust this man with every piece of jewelry expense or inexpensive. He showed it all to me. I am from Waco visiting here and will go home soon I will miss my new found friend and friends again thank you

My father got a metal detector from this place on lay away for 440 they wouldn’t let him try it before he signed. To my dads surprise when he got home after he brought the device home it didn’t work. They refused to return it these people are shady selling equipment and just stuff that doesn’t work. I would not suggest buying anything from this place. The funny part was they offered to buy it back at a for 150?! These people are crooks don’t support these type of business

I need money for textbooks. I bring in high quality stuff and they promise you a good amount of money and then they go back and then tell you sorry I cant take it or they lessen the value to way lower then expected. the lady upfront promised me a price on an item and then she went to the back area then came back and said nope sorry. I was like you cant just promise someone money and then say no 2 minutes later. worst place I've been to. I was going to give them a bunch of brand new guitar items but screw them. absolutely appalled.
