I thought I was in great shape (I'm 58) took my first aerial yoga first of February 2022 love love love it! But be assured it's not for the weak! My goal next is to do acro yoga! I wish I had started this earlier but never to late!

So much fun!! Every muscle in your body is stretched and it hurts a little but, it's a GOOD hurt (if that makes any sense..lol) You leave feeling a whole new person. Carla was super friendly and accommodating. So much positivity and no body shaming at all, and you don't get pushed past what you want and can do. My 12 year old daughter and I love Camp Elev8urlife!

It was my first time taking an aerial yoga class. Our instructor, Christina, was very patient with us and helped with poses if we got stuck (or afraid to fully commit to the flip). She also took pictures of my friend and I then airdropped them to us at the end of class. I've driven by this place many times. It's more space in there than it looks from the outside. I'd do it again.

Great space and atmosphere for suspended silk activities. I did a Yoga Silk class and it was a really fun experience. Instructor was fun and made me feel comfortable. I can't wait to go back.
