Have rented equipment from them a couple of times and have been let down each time. Didnt realize I was given equipment with little charge on the battery, and had to stall work with workers on the clock for several hours and with no type of negotiation on the rental price even after I respectfully let them know on the issue immediately. The machine was also lacking grease and making horrible screeching noises and looked like it needed maintenance. The next time I borrowed a machine from them the machine wasn't responding well and lost some hours trying to get it started too, even though ive used same models in the past with ease. One of my customers I was working for told me they stopped doing business with them for their inconsistency on the quality of machines, and now I could understand why. Other companies I rented from actually offered me a proration refund if their equipment gave me trouble but because they actually considered that out of respect I wouldn't mind paying the full amount, BUT Renos has little to no consideration. I will not rent from them again.
