The gentleman working was so kind and helpful and made it an easy and painless experience. I got my resized ring back and I’m so grateful.

This place and employees do not have the proper experience to manage jewelry without damaging it. Two watches that I needed to resize got heavily damaged with their professional skills. 🤷🏽♂️

We go to Naya Jewelry for watch repair and new batteries. Always receive friendly and efficient service. Owner is very nice and helpful. Hours aren't always as posted. We call first to make sure shop is open.

I had several pieces of jewelry (gold, silver and costume) that needed some repair. I also had a few watches that needed batteries. The owner, Mr. Haddad, was very helpful. He was able to fix all my jewelry and replace the watch batteries. He was quick and his work was great. He knows what he is doing. The cost was very reasonable considering some of the work that he did. I would not hesitate to bring my best pieces to Naya Jewelry for repair.
