While fueling my vehicle I saw this jewelry place, decided to go in to see if they do jewelry cleaning. My wedding rings and my necklace needed cleaning.. I asked the young man if they service jewelry cleaning, he said yes and there is no charge (no charge that was nice). He went to a different room came back within minutes, I took my jewelry without inspecting it. Since he did not charge me for the cleaning I gave him a nice tip. When I finally had the chance to inspect my wedding rings, see pictures it looks like cleaning was not done and he took me as a fool. Even though he did not charged me for the supposedly cleaning I feel this is not a honest business. BEWARE!

At the beginning of the pandemic in 2020, my now husband went to Williams with the emerald we have. Robbie was awesome to work with, especially when everything had shut down, he was still able to make the most beautiful engagement ring I've ever seen. Then, earlier this year, my husband went back to make the wedding bands. Because the engagement had been created locally, Robbie was able to perfectly fit the wedding band to the engagement ring. The pricing was unbeatable, especially for the work we wanted done, and the turn around was very quick. I don't know that we'll go anywhere else for our jewelry needs!

Williams did wonderful for my wedding set rings and in perfect timing. My rings are like they was when I bought them. U can't even tell that they was sized at all. They were helpful and I could tell the knowledge they have of jewelry. They were very professional and nice. I recommend this business to anyone who wants thier jewelry done right...

I took my broken necklace here to get fixed. They fixed it, but they did a lot of damage to it in the process. I took it in as a 20-in chain and got it back and it was 23-in. The three middle links are smashed in, which made it longer. I know the necklace is hollow and they are hard to fix but by squishing my links it made my necklace longer and a different design. I went back after I realized the damage and the guy gave me my money back for fixing it. To say the least, they could have called me for my approval before doing anything to it.

Went and got some scrap gold appraised to potentially sell. I knew it to be worth in excess of $800. The woman working offered me $475 on the premise, I’m assuming that I was an uninformed customer that she could steal from.

My husband brought my rings in to be sized and would not stop talking about how friendly and helpful the young lady and gentlemen were that worked there. We have had a lot of issues with other jewelers in the area with high prices and shotty repair work. He was very impressed with the young lady and said she was very friendly and seemed like she knew exactly what she was doing and answered every question we had. And.... My rings turned out BEAUTIFUL!! We are very impressed with this establishment! We will definitely be repeat customers!

I took my sisters watch in for a simple battery replacement. Watch was working fine but it was almost a year old and I was in the area. Because the watch was important to me I asked if she knew how to replace a battery in this particular watch. She said yes. When I left the store I noticed it wasn't working. Stopped at another jeweler- I thought maybe it was a bad battery. He opened it in front of me and said- it's not the battery- the battery was put in incorrectly and the watch is damaged. 3 months later watch has not been repaired and couldn't be repaired. The only time I would get an update on the watch was when I would call or stop by. So now I am without my sisters watch- the owner refused to send it elsewhere for repairs or to replace the watch. I am devistated.
