I went into JF to check out a piece that I had seen on line, ended up not liking it to much. Heather, the sales associate, started pulling out piece that she though would interest me as we talked. She listened to what I was looking for in my jewelry taste. I walked out with a beautiful addition to my collection and a salesperson that I will be requesting every time I visit James Free! Excellent customer service!

Hands down the best place to buy jewelry in Dayton/Cincinnati area. You get five star service. Their prices are very reasonable. They always treat us like family. Randy , our sales representative is just excellent. He makes the whole buying experience just memorable. I have been buying jewelry and watches from James free for years and highly recommend to choose them for your special occasion.

Great crew! I reached out to them after not having any luck with my current jeweler on a watch I’ve been looking to purchase for over a year. Spoke on the phone with them and decided to travel an hour to pay a visit, which was well worth it. Went in after work and spoke with Matt. I was by no means dressed professionally due to leaving straight from work but Matt treated me with respect, took me serious and gave me his full attention. This will be my new go to jewelry store.
