I wish the store had surveys. All the beautiful girls did a great job helping me yesterday. I felt a little defeated because of body changes but the customer service cheered me up :) I hope this review can reach someone who can do something special for all the staff there.

I hate to even leave a negative review but recently I've noticed the quality of vs and vspink items is declining which makes items overpriced for the quality. Also a lot of the staff (including a few of the managers) are rude, and smug act like they are better than the customers it actually makes me hate coming into the Dayton mall location

Average VS store . It is slightly larger than the Fairfield commens store . They definitely have a bigger variety of products . Staff is polite and helpful. The store is a bit disorganized though .

I shop at Victoria Secret frequently and this is my second encounter with a cashier. Both times their customer service skills were absolutely horrible! They were very rude! Both times I asked to speak to a manager and the managers were so much nicer. They handled the discrepancy with patience and care!! I think I'll start going to the Victoria Secret at the Fairfield Commons Mall.

There were several employees about the store. They were all super friendly and offered me help several times. When I did have a question they helped right away. I had to exchange items I had purchased online and it was so simple and smooth. Can't wait to go back!

Poorly stocked, lots in disarray, displays are poorly organized. Don't see how it's fire complaint with now only one exit and entrance. Traveling through the store is like maneuvering a child's pillow fort.
