I love this store. The workers are so helpful and friendly. Great clothes for women size 12 and up. And they have my shoe size which is a plus. I wear a size 12

Clothes are extremely overpriced and low quality. Also if you're plus size why would you want a short shirt that goes up way past your pants almost to your belly button. You all need to make nicer clothes to fit overweight people and cut down on those prices. Lane Bryant figured it out. You should as well.

I love torrid and shop there often! However I found myself at this location yesterday because they had a pair of shoes I've been wanting in stock. So I drove 45 minutes to pick them up. While there I started shopping around. The worst experience ever! All 3 lady's working there that day were very rude. I was looking at the t's folded up on the table because they were on sale for 15 and every single one I touched the worker was giving me ugly looks and talking about how annoying it is to have to fold them up agian even though i tried my best to fold them back how they were. Then the other worker was just being snobby everytime I asked for her opinion she acted as though she didn't want to answer me. Every other time I go to a diffrent torrid the workers are so friendly and love helping me choose what's right for me. I won't be going back to this location that's for sure!

I love the ladies here at this location. I always come in for the same shirt lol my boss always sends me home because my sleeve length is too short so I just come here and get my typical black 3/4 sleeve "work approved' shirt. They already know what I'm there for soon as they see me lol makes paying $38,for the same shirt each week totally worth it lol I LOVE YALL! YALL THE REAL MVPs

I had to buy brawls I hate bra shopping never can find one that fits right is comfortable nothing a friend suggested torrid in the Dayton Mall went there was immediately assisted by a friendly courteous employee asking what I was looking for told her I also told her that I had requirements they had to be white she's like she was my able to find one white ball and I'm cool with that and the only thing I would suggest is that they put the anti-theft device somewhere else other than the clasp of the bra because you can't really get a good idea of how well it fits with the anti theft device right at the class it makes it more difficult but I found some bras tord was the place to go there was assistance the dressing rooms were available to try stuff on and I was able to do what I needed to do and in and out of there in about 20 minutes half hour at most I did look around at some of the other stuff very nice place employees are very attentive helpful great got to give towards in the Dayton Mall a try

I absolutely Love Torrid!! The clothes are very stylish and trendy for plus size gals like me. I am 57 yes old and they not only have styles for the younger generation but for gals my age as well. They always have sales and offer points and Haute cash for redemption . The sales associates are always nice and helpful as well. I give it a 5 stars!

Went in there for a quick pick up of some double barrel slingshots for the wife. They where not very busy at the time we went but it was also 30 minutes till closing. Was greeted by both ladies working there and they where very helpful on getting what the wife needed!

Needed some shapewear for my daughter's wedding. I was in Wednesday 9/14 in the morning. I wish I could remember the young ladies name but she got me exactly what I needed in the size I needed. I just wanted to give a shout out to her for all her help

The staff was very friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in to when I left. They were very helpful I was able to find a lot of nice clothing my size and they had very good sales going on.
