The store is filthy! They need to put new flooring in as I say if the floor is dirty so is everything else. So unorganized too!

The piercing guns aren’t good in general. After getting my 2nd piercing in in my ear, it took a while to heal. When I was able to finally change Out the piercing, I realized that every time I put in an earring, it would itch and become red and puffed up. The piercing gun was horrible that it must’ve damaged something inside of my ear and made me allergic to every single earring. Gold earrings, silver earrings, and fake silver or gold earrings. Never get your ears pierced with a gun. Ever!!!

I walked in and asked for my second piercing. They gladly walked me through the process and made me feel so comfortable. I love my piercing and I absolutely loved the two ladies that I got to hang out with. Brooke and Dakota were so fun and I had the best time at Claire's. And I brought home lots of scrunchies too :) Could not be happier with the customer service and results! I 10/10 recommend to anyone and everyone.

Great service at this location. Young lady was running the store by herself and handled herself professionally and greeted us when walking in. She pierced my 3 year daughter's ears and ensured she was comfortable the entire time!

Never get your ears pierced here. I’ve had mine done 3 times from here and they always get infected. Never get any piercings done with a gun, also they tell you to twist your earrings which is bad. It causes irritation and can lead to an infection.

0 stars. Me and my sister went into the store october 19th 2019 at 7pm and the black girl in there was very unprofessional. She was sitting on the counter with her legs crossed on the phone ! Then when she said hello we thought she was talking to us so we said hello back but she said "oh I'm on the phone " basically saying she wasnt greeting us. when she is suppose to be doing her job. Very rude and won't be coming back

Lots of cheap trinkets made in China that are made of very poor quality but you can choose something cute there anyway.
