I would not recommend this place the the dead. Every tux was wrong. The pants, too short. The shirt way too long and the wrong size. What the bell of measuring before we ordered off the shot comes in wrong!!! The manager Adam, could of care less about our concerns and for $230 for 2yr old and it was totally wrong is ridiculous. I will definitely be contacting corporate. I sure do wish Price Brothers still rented because we NEVER had an issue with them!!!!

My fiancé had an appointment scheduled for 2 pm yesterday. We walked in at 2 pm and stood in the store for 10 minutes before a associate spoke to us. He asked if we were here for a rental, we said no and then he basically typed on the computer and then walked away back to the client. We continued to stand and wait for 10 more minutes. People streaming into the store. Another associate finally spoke to us and pulled out a tape measure and measured my fiancé but could not answer any of our questions and pulled out different jackets from what we wanted to see form the board. After 5 minutes with the associate we left the store because he had no idea what to do and had no floor samples for the tux we wanted to see. Do not go to this men’s warehouse for your rentals.

Stopped in on a Friday afternoon around 2 p.m., saw at least 6 associates, some folding shirts, some at the counter, some just walking around, not a single one of them even acknowledged that I was there let alone ask if I needed any kind of assistance, would look right at me and immediately look away. Absolutely Horrible Customer Service!! I will never consider them for my business.

When we went in the first time to buy clothes for a wedding it was great.Staff Was eager to help. Not so much when we had to pick up our clothes. The pants were hemmed to short. And they acted like it was a bother to redo. But they finally did but not when promised. When we finally got the pants. They hemmed was horrible and wasn't straight at all and had a few wholes where they took out the previous hem and part of it wasn't even sewed down.

Poor customer service My fiancé went to buy a suit. No one greeted him or asked if he needed any help. The manager called the greeter away to help him with something, Not to help a customer. Thought it may have been that my fiancé is a black man w locs, but as we were leaving a white man also commented that no one attempted to help him either. Guess they didn't want to make a sell. So we left.

I'm excited about going to my 50th high school reunion. Not so much about wearing a tux. But it's a special occasion and some of us wanted to have fun with it. So off to find the tux. I had planned to shop a few stores. Men's Warehouse was my first stop. No need to shop any further. There's a young "gentleman's" salesman that gave me the most pleasant shopping experience. He had personality, eagerness to assist and a real grasp of what it takes to provide customer service. I truly had fun and came away confident of the value with my shopping. I will definitely include his name once I pick up my merchandise. I must also say that the tailor there was also very professional, experienced, cooperative and pleasant. I encourage men to take the opportunity to let Men's Warehouse make your apparel needs a time to remember with a smile.

I remember walking in Men's Warehouse in the past & the employees being customer centric. Sales staff would ask your needs, take measurements, make suggestions, lay out clothes for you & etc. I wasn't acknowledged once today or asked at any point if I needed help. I ended up spending $500 on a few items I needed, I would have loved to have spent more on the shoes I liked, but no one seemed to care enough to ask me. Not even at check out "did you find everything okay". Poor service, very unprofessional

Gentleman with the grey hair and beard has got to be the most clueless employee when it comes to customer satisfaction. We sat and waited to get service and not once did any employee greet us. Not even a simple we’ll be with you in a moment. We waited patiently for 30 min after signing up for measurements and ended up leaving. Store was a mess. Highly recommend going elsewhere. Only reason I’d even give one star is cause they were open but that is all.

Bad experience. No one in the store is on the same page, my tux rental was messed up 3 times. Had to paid an extra $50 and still got the wrong one. Go somewhere else and save your time and effort this place is not worth the hassle.

My fiance' and his best men went to pick out a suit for our wedding in October. We were waited on by Patrick and he was fabulous! He was quick and efficient and new his product well. He was able to get the guys jackets, pants, shirts, and ties. Measured them and we were out the door in what felt like no time. He made the process seamless! Once the suits were ready for pick up, we had to wait for a little bit. But considering we went to pick the suits up during Homecoming season it really didn't take that long. Patrick was working again and he remembered us. I know he sees numerous people and it had been over a month since we came in to purchase our suits, so for him to remember us was pretty amazing. I recommend this store to any one who is looking for a men's suit and remember that if the store is busy when you come in to be patient. When they are working with you to get your fit, they are only focused on you at that time.
