Premier is a great place to do business! If your looking for upper end used motor coaches they are the ones to see. We had a fantastic purchase experience and they went out of their way to make sure all was well before we left the dealership. We purchased 2008 country Coach Magna and we are super happy!

Immediate age discrimination walking into the door. My wife and I are a young family, but that shouldn't dictate fair and balanced treatment! If you are age 50 or less, don't even bother.. management has obvious favoritism towards 55+ crowd. We have a 11yr old winnie mini, in immaculate condition. Park full of older rvs, 15+ years or old.. but when we came into the office there was a "new" policy; NOTHING over 10years.

One of the Best purchasing experiences we have had. The love for Country Coach and the incredible knowledge of Louie, Gary, Jim and Brian gives us the confidence of many enjoyable years to come. It's great to see a business growing in these interesting times and I attribute this to the team at Premier wanting a great Customer experience whether it is a used coach or service/upgrades.

I flew up to Premier RV a few different times to look at coaches. I established a great relationship with Damon; He knew exactly what I was looking for and what my budget was. After my second trip, Damon called me and said my ideal coach just arrived. He emailed me pictures, I liked it, put a deposit down and flew back up to look at it in person (Alaska Airlines loves me). The coach was exactly as Damon described. Fast forward a month or so, and I flew back up to take delivery of the beast, a 2006 Magna 45'! The entire crew at Premier RV was top notch. Chad put me through a full day orientation, fixed every little thing we found and even added a couple items I paid for. He didn't tell me to come back in 3 months like most RV service places would have. Chad took good care of the coach and impressed me beyond words. He is a top notch, knowledgeable and professional tech. I also want to say that Gary (Co-owner) is a stand up guy. The orientation caused me to stay an extra day in Junction City, so he came out and apologized to me in person. He's a very honest and reliable business owner. He doesn't hide in his office and delegate the hard tasks to someone else. He even spent some time giving me a history lesson on Country Coach. I really appreciated that. I'm home now and had a couple questions about my coach, so I called Damon. He picked up his phone on a Saturday and gave me the fix within seconds. They say the customer service line at Newell is worth every penny you pay, but I'm here to tell you that becoming a customer of Premier RV is worth its weight in gold.

Five Stars: 1. Customer Service. It goes beyond the sale. From the receptionist to the owner and everyone in-between, Premier genuinely cares about their customers satisfaction. One small example was the installation of a new water pump on a 2008 rig that we had taken possession of. All because I wanted more water pressure. No charge to us. 2. Inventory. Because of their stellar reputation previous customers take their rigs to Premier for service, storage and consignment. These rigs get consistant care and feeding. Ours was born under their watchful eye, regularly maintained, and sold to us with pride. 3. Service. We were not local and had numerous questions about the rig. The receptionist even went to the rig to photograph the space under the bed so we could see the storage capabilities. We had a full day of training with Dave. Really, what RV dealer does that! It was obvious he knew our coach from top to bottom. Our questions were answered and concerns remedied without hesitation. After leaving we called the owner, Louie, on Sunday, with a question that he resolved on the spot. It didn't matter if it was about outlets, audio visual, systems, mechanics, or satellites, these people are a wealth of knowledge and had front line experience. 4. Price. We shopped for quite a while and found their prices competitive. Considering the rig was totally serviced down to new wippers before we took possession and we benefited from a full day of training, it was a true bargain. 5. Country Coach. Their love and commitment to this motorcoach is obvious, as is their commitment to their customers.

We followed the Service Manager (Jim) to this shop. He is awesome and the techs know their business. They really know higher end coaches and have the facilities to keep full timers like us comfortable.

This is one of those rare places where you can count on competent people doing craftsman's work day in and day out at fair prices. From our coach purchasing experience through preventive and corrective maintenance, all work has been first class and done expediently. Thanks to Gary, Jim, Dave, Tim, Brian and all the folks at Premier for helping luxury coach ownership realize all of its potential. Dave M. 2002 Affinity
