I read all these reviews and thought to myself, there is no way they are this bad. UPS has to hold them to some sort of standard just in using the name. They went above and beyond making everyone’s negative posts a reality. Why have an expected delivery date at all? You should just say (Delivery Date Probable, but not guaranteed) Maybe change the company direction to meteorology. They’re always wrong also. Does UPS stand for Utterly Painful Service? If so y’all nailed it! Sincerely, Still Waiting.

Ups can never find my house but I can get shipments from fed ex and they never have a problem with finding my location. All this week I have had fed ex ship my package. Ups has since july 22 that they can't find my house. A next day delivery has turned to a whole week delivery. When I called they want me drive 40 minutes so I can go get my package from a ups office.

Absolutely horrible! When we first moved here they were great (2017) but whoever is doing deliveries now should be fired. Horrible experience over a high dollar delivery earlier this year and just trying to get comforters from Kohl's delivered is a challenge. From here on out if I have a chance to pick it up locally or choose another delivery service I will. The local UPS is abhorrent.

Most HORRIBLE service EVER!!!! Ihave to drive 80 miles round trip bc they can't read an address!!!! They've had my package since January 3 (it's 1-9) and they never delivered it or called! I locate the package n call to find out WHY they didn't DELIVER n now they tell me that they didn't have the address although it clearly, CLEARLY shows our address on the email they sent!!!!!!

Ups has since july 22 that they can't find my house. A next day delivery has turned to a whole week delivery. When I called they want me drive 40 minutes so I can go get my package from a ups office.

HORRIBLE!!! of course these reviews and complaints never make a difference. Normal delivery driver delivers packages no matter if we are in town or out at our ranch but heaven help us if he goes on vacation/sick leave. the temp drivers never wanna drive out to our ranch so they don't deliver packages for 3 or 4 days until they have another package to deliver out our way. customer service says this office would call but they never do. they also "loose" packages all the time and amazon is so wonderful they always refund or replace anything they loose. worst mailing service ever!!!!!!

Horrible !! Driver leaves valuable packages outside our gate along the highway for anyone to just pick them up. Even though my gate code and request for delivery of these packages was on UPS My Choice. Complained and tried to prevent this drivers behavior numerous times with UPS. NO HELP JUST TAKES MESSAGE. This Uvalde office would not contact me even though Corporate UPS said they would over 3 times. Have asked the shippers not to use UPS. I will not purchase is being sent via UPS. HORRIBLE !!

THIS MUST BE THE WORST UPS STORE KNOWN TO MAN! I've had problems with them for years, and even after numerous complaints to the corporation, nothing changes. For about 2 years they refused to deliver to our house, instead leaving our packages at various businesses around town. We would then have to drive the almost 30 miles (one way) into town to pick up what they were too lazy to deliver. Finally these businesses began refusing the packages, so they had no choice but to drive out here. Then last fall a temp driver supposedly "attempted delivery" almost 20 times, each time blatantly lying and saying we were a nonexistent address. Even after numerous phone calls with hours wasted on the phone, & giving explicit directions. The package was a MONTH late, causing me to have to do without it on a business trip Yesterday they claimed to have delivered a package to my front door, which was yet again, another lie. There were 3 of us here waiting all day with no package delivered. After over 2 hours on the phone, all I can gather is that it was delivered to the wrong address, but they don't know where. REALLY? ENOUGH ALREADY! If you don't want to do your job, I'm quite sure that there are plenty of people that would LOVE to work for UPS. Maybe they would have some integrity, unlike most of you that work at this location. Including the manager, who is not a man of his word. In ALL of these instances he has not kept his promise to call us. Not once. There's only one driver I've met that does the job he's paid to do, & when he's gone, all bets are off.

I have met them halfway and even gone to the hub to pick up packages. While many being late. On this occasion I ordered a product online. I was diligent monitoring the tracking. When said package arrived it already said it was delivered to my front door! I had been home for several days and the package was never delivered. I called to complain, but they said I needed to call the distributor. The distributor gracious enough sent another package air. I monitored tracking again, and a few days later discovered it was out on delivery. I rushed to their office in town and discovered once again they claimed i was delivered to my door. 40 minutes later I arrive home and viola no package. I have no neighbors to speak of and they really have no excuse!!
